No microwave in the room and the cable channels are not great at all. Very poor channel choices.

No one at the desk acknowledged me when I walked up. They were Looking at computer or on the phone but didn’t even make eye contact with me for a long time.

Location, comfortable bed and nice bathroom (especially shower, lighting and mirror).

There were ants in the bathroom, no toilet paper. The door to the room was very difficult to open. I had to have a maintenance man open it for me once. The food at the property was awful.

It was convenient to local restaurants and bars. Walking distance to everything.

With all the QR codes around the room and hotel one that provides an easy to use and comprehensive guide to the TV would have been nice.

The location allows for leaving the car at the hotel and exploring the town by foot. And there's much to explore from the incredible museums to the restaurant choices that are surprising in quality and quantity for such a small town.

You really need to set up a breakfast buffet rather than a sit down breakfast. When I went down there it was too crowded and the staff was overwhelmed. Why not set up a breakfast buffet like other hotels do. That way you can just grab what you want or sit down and eat. More choices.

We didn't receive room service. All of our towels were left on the floor, where we placed them after use so that room service would recognize they were dirty. We also removed our bedsheets expecting to receive new ones, but found everything exactly as we had left it.

Clean and large rooms. Spaceful bathrooms and very large windows makes the suite room more appealing.

The room was very dirty, I had to wipe down any surface that I was going to touch with my own cleaner. The carpet had lots of debris, like it had not even been vacuumed. Google said that the resturant stayed open till 10, but it closed at 9;00. We arrived late because of delayed flight and had looked forward to not having to get out to get anything to eat. bed was like a bed that you'd expect at grandmas house, old and lumpy.

it was adequate for the little amount of time we were staying. The front desk gave us a goodie bad but it was only enough for one person...meh

Gym didn't stay open all night and opened late. Drink prices expensive and small. No free breakfast and the Glasses and coffee cups on the table were not all cleaned .

The TV. We are not streaming savvy and only could watch 1 channel. We are use to turning on the TV and voila it there. There was a band playing right below our room. Yes we are a senior couple...lol. but it was a great hotel just a couple little things.

Loved the location. It was very comfortable. The staff was very accommodating to us. We needed to check in early and they made it happen.

There isn't anything we don't like. If their elevators are down it can be inconvenient with suitcases but that's not really anyones fault and they were prompt on signage on alternative exits and getting them back up and running.

We love staying here whenever we visit Corning, NY. It's walkable to all the shops on the main strip and even the museum if you're used to commuting on foot. Great value for your money. Always appreciate the separate makeup mirror in the bathroom and the bed was very comfortable.

The "do it yourself" breakfast wasn't very tasty. The fried eggs were rubbery and there was a line up for most stations. Parking was difficult as you drove around and around like a vulture waiting for someone to leave. The hotel was full, hosting a large convention, so things would probably be better with a normal guest count.

The hotel and room were very nice. The room was large and looked recently renovated.

The housekeeping service every 3 days. We had to get more toilet paper & towels, and trash built up quickly. I see it as a way of cutting costs, and while I understand, I feel the guest had to do more for the standard that other places provide.

Quite odd to have no towel rack in bath but still new fresh and functional. Had a group dinner on Saturday, waiter was very attentive, entertaining and available. Food quality was lacking. And I realize that kitchen staffing is difficult but the dinners were just put together, no love to the plates.
