Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomBreakfast although free was not in my mind to an acceptable standard. Boiled eggs one day ( nothing to go with them) starchy, “ beige” food. Bread, bagels, pancakes. One day no water as only one water dispenser bottle supplied at breakfast and that had run out by 9am. Chaotic queues for the toaster and many items at breakfast ran out quickly and did not appear to be replenished. Chairs In breakfast room need repairing or replaced. Had to ask for tea and coffee making facilities for my room which I would’ve expected to be in the room automatically. For a club level room which we booked I expected that to be standard. They did provide an amenity box ( saucepans, frying pan, paper plates, plastic knives and forks, washing up liquid and scourer) to use in our mini kitchen. Nice to have a small hob fridge and microwave. Our safe didn’t work, but that was remedied fairly quickly. We had no Wi-Fi and no TV for more than a day, which was frustrating at the least. Looking at other reviews of this hotel, it appears this is a regular occurrence.
Location on I drive good. Close to many bars and restaurants. Club level sky bar was great , staff there were lovely, wine & beer included and the pizza supplied between 5 pm and 6.30pm was delicious. Pool and spa looked good although we didn’t use them. Saw a rocket launch from the sky bar one evening. The North Tower I am led to believe is far superior to the south tower and I’ve heard many complaints about the south tower although I didn’t investigate.

United StatesThe room has old furniture (South Tower). The light of the bathroom was blinking. Wi-Fi service is not good. We couldn't use the pool on top roof because is only exclusive to Suites rooms?! All pool should be accessible to all guests.
Location is excellent everything is close, parks, ( Universal Studios) 5 minutes drive, and stores. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is good! I like that the elevators and doors have a key to enter into the building is all about been safe. Thank you!

AustraliaThe pillows were small and lumpy. The process for booking the shuttle to the theme parks could have been simplified, and we felt the shuttle should have been earlier to get the most out of the parks. It would have been nice to have proper crockery and cutlery during breakfast.
It was convenient to the buses and shops on International Drive. It offered a free shuttle to the theme parks. It provided breakfast each morning. It was good to have a microwave in the room to reheat leftovers.

United StatesI think for your resort it would be a large improvement for a small investment. Side note, at least in my room the toilet should be modernized it felt like something from a motel.
everything was fair , nothing was bad , but nothing was great. The breakfast could be greatly improved with scrambled eggs and some type of protein ,like ham or sausage, and that probably would have made me feel better about the stay.

CanadaPersonnel at breakfast room rude and unhelpful. When asked to refill the empty container, they were telling us from 30 minutes till it close that they were not refilling it! The breakfast menu was very minimal and getting it in line difficult sometimes!! Too crowded and not enough space. Need definite improvement in setting food around the room to minimize crazy line up!! Rugs in the room dirty and need to be removed! Wifi very low and no smart tv. Big improvement needed in that area.
The location of the hotel is good, the personnel were helpful and friendly except at the breakfast suite. Bed comfortable and room was clean.
