I checked in and left my guy went to front desk to get key when he arrived and they gave him a key to someone elses room. He walked in and there was guy clothes all over bed and someone in shower can only imagine how he felt or thought

We had several rooms booked because of my sister's wedding and were all in a room hanging out since we were kinda rushed out of the pool area still pretty early in the night (around 9:30 pm) and then received calls in our room about apparent noise complaints which I still don't know if they were real or not....front desk said they had to relocate 2 different customers which sounds made up because we were in a suite in the corner with not really anyone that close......2 different people from our room went to front desk to figure out the issue and ask why we were getting noise complaints when we didn't even have music playing and the lady at the front desk told my mother "If you don't like it, you can leave" instead of conducting herself in a professional manner. Her name as she stated to my mother was "Stacey with an E" as there is apparently 2 employees with that name....I don't know if Stacey just hates her life because she never amounted to anything and has to work at a hotel front desk for the rest of her life but she shouldn't take it out on us. Other than Stacey, the night was great. We all love the claw machines!

Hotel is located just off Hwy 90. Surprisingly, it was very quiet inside hotel and unless you went outside, you were unaware of the noise from constant heavy traffic. There was not an eating establishment next to the property but several restaurants just down the road.

Staff was very accommodating to our needs. Facility has a beautiful pool area and great, inviting breakfast area. Room was very comfortable and roomy. We were very satisfied with the facilities.

The prices keep going higher every year we stay here. I know inflation is high but these prices are kinda crazy

Needed some upgrades to room. Toilet didn't flush properly. Kept running. Might want to have a place for cleaning service associates to store their carts on each floor so elevator doesn't take as long for customers to use.

Convenient close to our attraction. Easy to get in and out of hotel.

I think it would be awesome to have a little outdoor area by other entrances. I would have loved to enjoy my coffee outside on a beautiful morning. The entrance by my room didn't seem to have a route to the front without walking around the entire building.

I didn't need a lot. I just needed a clean room close to my destination. I was pleased with the space and accommodations.

Mainly price but my kids asked me to add the following statement "Staring at the turned off pancake maker while waiting in an impossibly long line for waffles."We intended to stay at another location but our reservation was cancelled the night before. This was the last room available so I paid out the abacus for it. I get it business is business but sad to think that for double what I paid for one night here we stayed 4 nights in a Double Queen Suite at a competing brand hotel in Illinois 10 minutes from downtown St. Louis......

Great location. Friendly staff. Clean and quiet (other than the smoke detector in the pool area beeping every 60 seconds because it needs a battery). Attached bar also had great staff. Very welcoming all around.

The hotel was booked full and yet no one used the pool. So the kids could play with out any problems. Rooms were clean and comfortable
