Bathroom shower: the water just flowed out Soaps they provided kinda smelled gross When we walked into the room it smelled of cigarettes

The breakfast provides some basic minimal sustenance but offers no fruit or eggs and shamefully overrelies on single-use plastic - environmentally thoughtless, lazy and behind the times. I had to wifi connect my devices at the reception then take them back to the room before being online there! Several guests seemed to be having language barrier issues with the motel's (not very racially diverse) staff although I found them to be fairly helpful, if not actually welcoming.....

The parking arrangements were quite flexible. Conveniently, this place's location makes the River Walk reachable on foot but calling it 'Downtown' is somewhat misleading. Rather, this is a motel on a corner of San Antonio's Interstate ring road that happens to pass not too far from the old centre....

The smell in the room it smelled like a sewer hod to buy stuff to make the smell go away the 50$ deposite the sheet had cigarette burns in it and stains in the white sheets.

There were burn holes in our comforter, mattress cover was noisy and made crunching sound, which was annoying. I didn't feel real safe as we were near the highway but we didn't have any trouble from anyone who walked by the outside of the hotel gate property. Our blow dryer didn't work but they did replace it for us while we were out. With a little more updates to the rooms and a little better quality towels, sheets and shower amenities, it would be a little better. Also not sure what the breakfast was but didn't appear to be much more than packaged pastries, cereal bars, etc.

Staff was nice and inside the room was clean and partially updated.

I have gone above and beyond trying to get my security deposit back from this hotel. After day 7 when deposit had not returned to my account I literally went to office and at that point was advised it may take up to 20 days. Yesterday, day 20, I spoke with front desk rep and was told deposit was never even set up to be returned to my account. I left him my number to contact me once that was set up. No call. So here again, I contacted them today and was told they didn't know when the manager would be in. And again left my information so I could be contacted by someone. I mean I don't know what else to do to get my security deposit back.

The things I did not like is that for some reason the hot water was not really hot it was just warm and the outside of the hotel did look a lot more run down than the inside and they say free breakfast but just cereal and toast I don't call that a free breakfast I call that just being lazy

The rooms are really nice clean comfortable bed and everything was really nice in the restroom and in the bedroom

The TV only has some limited channels. The "free food" wasn't what we were expecting. ( it was froot loops and rasin brand and some bread) The coffee wasn't that good.

I liked the pool. The beds were comfy. The rooms were pretty clean.

I booked the booking expecting to have a bathtub, with us not having one at home only a shower I was really looking forward to this. they only had a shower. the tv only worked on one channel and then stopped working on the second day. only the bottom plug worked in the hotel not the top ones. the paint job was very sloppy in the rooms. the cleaning wasn’t the best. there was graffiti on the bathroom mirror. the toilet didn’t have a lid, so when showering we had to place clean clothes on the floor. the mini fridge made a loud aggressive noise. oh also we booked a room with queen beds. the have a queen bed at home. the beds in the room were 100% smaller than a queen. they seemed like a full.

I liked that it was easy accessible to things in the city like Market square and AT&T center.

First of all, I tried to communicate with them through Booking chat... They didn't answer me... I had to call to consult about the offer of towels, minibar and microwave since I couldn't find this information in the reservation... When I called, a very polite girl said kindly and informatively that there was no breakfast, it disappointed me a little because it was detailed at the reservation. Finally, when we checked in, a very inelegant young man was extremely rude to us because we asked about breakfast, and he said that he could cancel our reservation and we could look for another place at 1am!!!!!!

It was an ordinary motel, we liked the organization and cleaning of the place, we stayed two days and they cleaned it twice.
