Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

EstoniaDuring most of the days the water in shower stayed warm enough for about 15 seconds. Then you needed to press the switch down, so that the water went directly to the bath. After pulling the switch up again, it was warm again for another 15 seconds. It was not only in my room, as some of our group described the same thing. One day I showered after 11 pm and then it was OK. Also, the air conditioner/heater was quite noisy, but you could not switch it off really, because the heating was needed in the beginning of March. And the drinks froze in the fridge, no matter how I tried to regulate it. Other than that, everything was OK.
Breakfast was good, but since I stayed for two weeks, a little variety would have been welcome.

United StatesI don’t like how I stay there one time and pay a $50 deposit. I stay there another weekend and pay $100 deposit. I stay there another weekend and pay no deposit then I have to wait a few weeks to get my deposit back. If I’m booking through you guys booking.com and I have numerous times why is it? I’m having to pay such a large deposit one week no deposit another week and someone I think I’ve proven myself both with Booking.com and that location I’m not going to damage anything.

United StatesThat the restaurant was closed on Saturday. Seemed odd, since that is one of the most stayed in nights, I would think.
This is an older motel, but it was clean and comfortable. I was kind of surprised that there was no chair in the room. The room was clean and the bed was fairly comfortable. When I stayed, it was very foggy and cold, but the heating system worked exceptionally well. I had to keep turning it down, it worked so great. I don't like being cold. I was surprised that the Nomad restaurant in the motel was closed on Saturday and Sunday. All in all it is a very nice place to stay. I have no complaints about this motel.
