We didn't have any breakfast. The bed was comfortable and the temperature was good. I loved the bathroom fixtures and the ice bucket. Little upgrades.

2 outlets were dead. Floorlamp was damaged and leaning against the wall. Light bulb by the bed was burned out.

Breakfast was prepackaged danish and frozen sausage egg biscuits. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable.

The indoor pool was freezing so didn't get to enjoy that as intended. The spa was out of service. My kids looked forward to that as apart of our stay.

This was a spacious room. The beds were really comfortable probably my favorite thing about the whole stay. I loved the sack breakfast they had for my kids. It really made for an easy morning.

No safety latch on room door, and my deadbolt didn’t seem to work. It’s right next to water treatment facility, which you definitely notice when you’re outside if the wind is blowing in your direction.

Is a good value for price. Nice to have Keurig and microwave/fridge. Stayed one night passing through and room was comfortable and clean. Indian restaurant was surpisingly good.

Looked a little rough from the outside. Pool area needs some serious TLC. Dog run needs mowed and fenced would be nice.

The room was very good. The bed was above excellent. The staff were smiling and even walked me to my room entrance. Very good staff.

The gym could be bigger with more weights and fitness equipment.

Cafeteria was great. The parking was close to the room. The gate worked every time I came through. The VIP rooms are awesome and have a big bed and clean restrooms with a walk-in shower. The facilities are located in the middle of everything.

Breakfast was a premade sandwich that had to microwaved in your room. Coffee and juice were available. But very sub par in my opinion. They did offer a grab bag with items you selected the night before. Made for a quick exit.

Both queen beds were saggy on the inside. Just moved to the outside edge for a firmer bed.

The location is on the east side of town. We could not get into the more expensive hotels in town and this was recommended by the other hotel employee who gave it great reviews. They said that the hotel stressed cleanliness. When we stayed during the week, there were a number of service businesses staying there. They sat outside and partied quietly until 8 pm and then all went to their rooms. The room was very clean. Not all electrical plugs worked. At night it was very quiet. Skip the bag breakfast. Really bad. The Nepali restaurant in the hotel was a great surprise. Really great food.

The air conditioner buzzed and made a terrible "alarm" sound and was so bad we had to turn it off. The bathroom was very poorly "cleaned".

Shabby; undergoing renovation as of November 2022. No building security: Outside door latch (not just the lock) to building our room was in was not functional. Indoor pool and hot tub were filled but both closed because new maintenance man had not yet been trained on them. Out-of-the-way-spots on bedroom carpet had debris, indicating less than thorough cleaning. Hairs in corners of bathroom floor. Front desk neglected to give me Wi-Fi password. I had to wrap a Kleenex around the grubby handset to phone them for it. When I did manage to connect to their wifi, their server was not connected to the internet. TV worked for a few minutes, then "No Signal." Front desk tried to help but failed. One lamp has no bulb in it; another is burned out. Coffee maker came with non-generous two (2) K-cups only.

The door did close & lock but looked like it barely held which was a bit concerning. Recent room remodeling was great but security review (locks, drapes) would be a good addition.

No pool, no restaurant, in a shady part of town. There was a 2 inch hole in the carpet in front of the entry door. The a/c unit made an awful racket all night.

It was fairly quite for being close to the expressway. The bed was very comfortable. We were able to stay 4 consecutive nights.

Sack breakfast was appreciated. I had to wait a day for a coffee maker that should have already been in my room. THE NOISE FROM THE A/C WAS SOO ANNOYING ENTIRE NIGHT!
