This is an AMAZING property! From the initial entrance, to meeting the staff, to the amenities in the room, you feel well taken care of. The location was perfect! The room we had had the most beautiful veiw of the lake!!

Clean room and comfortable firm mattress. Good area to use for a work space and a great hot tub pool heated to relax in during the evening.

Breakfast was rather poor.

The room and beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean and has all the accessories. Pool and hot tub are open until 11pm. An hour and 30 min drive from Glacier NP along the Freehand lake.

Only protein option was hard boiled eggs. This is OK, but would be nice to change it up or have other options. Attached restaurant was closed the whole time I was there.

There were very few options for breakfast and not much close by. HB Eggs, carbs, and yogurt. Being gluten free I did not have many options. The view was great, but of course I had to pay extra for that.

I was shocked at the price, $411 for one night in such a remote location seemed excessive.

There were no sugar packets for the coffee at breakfast and the breakfast area was dirty. The hotel was noisy. I could here other guests slamming doors throughout the night. It was somewhat expensive for a standard hotel room.

The breakfast was limited but I know that is due to Covid. The staff was outstanding and very helpful. They were cheerful & supportive which was just what we needed. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were standard but acceptable.

The hot tub was unavailable for our entire stay, which was unfortunate after our long days of hiking GNP. All communal trash cans were full to overflowing, and housekeeping never came to check on our room once during our 3 night stay. When we asked directly to have them come empty our trash and restock toiletries, they took our wastebin and never returned it.

The rooms were clean and well appointed. Beds were exceedingly comfortable. Shower was excellent. Common areas were clean and pleasant with exceptions noted above.

They didn't substitute anything for the ham/swiss/egg sandwich with anything else. So 1 of the 4 of us just didn't get breakfast. Any substitute would've been better than nothing at all.

Comfy beds, comfy pillows, staff were very friendly. Check out isn't until Noon. Great stay with beautiful view.

The hotel is very nice, well kept, and lots of appeal. The rooms were really clean, beds comfy, and liked the shower.
