A/C in room was loud and didn't cool well (they appear to be in the process of replacing A/C units though so this will be fixed. Security latch on door was loose and missing screw was replaced using a screw from the toilet paper holder.

Location was good for my needs. Looks like they are in the process of upgrading some room facilities.

literally the only thing that I had a complaint about was that the ac didn’t really cool and it blew out dust. which likely means the filter wasn’t clean. other than that it seemed like an easy fix. it wasn’t too bad.

it is nice. it was close to a lot of things. we came in for a concert and we were a few miles from the venue.

The elevators could be more updated with air conditioning and faster U could have a sitting area in the lobby or the room where the coffee is….

They offered no breakfast… but at least they had coffee with the different types of liquid coffee creamer we liked. The location was good

Austin in general is overpriced. Im in mexico beaches for less with breathe taking views and location for less. And the hotels are amazing here. Its a better hotel than the lower end but its austin.

The one thing I did not like, was the shower. They need to be recaulked. water sipping through the walls can create mold. by doing preventing maintenace, you will avoid paying more when mold is present.

The front desk Lady, "Angie" was really nice and friendly. she suggested some great places to visit and eat.

Loud Motorcycles early in the morning from some of the guests. Not the best insulated windows. Natural gas odor in the hall. Water did not get very hot. Could tell the property was a bit outdated for the price paid.

we were on the road side and it was very noisy. The fan made weird noises so wasn't a constant white noise to block the sound. Better windows would block some of the freeway noise.

The lady working the front desk was amazing, very friendly and helpful and calm as she had a big line of people to check in due to the motor bike races, she stayed calm and helpful.

Terrible maintenance work, brackets on the wall where something maybe full length mirror was removed, flush handle replaced wrong, bathroom DOOR stained and swelled from previous flood, toiletseat bolts no caps....every repair sloppy or unfinished, torn curtains

the floor was dirty. food scraps and dirt along baseboards. cleaning schedule was to clean room every three days. room was not truly clean until day three of our stay. the sink stopper was broken. they fixed it on day two. coffee was only out for the morning. anything needed had to be picked up by guest at the desk.

The handicapped room I was in was great. I just wished the spot light that was outside my window didn't shine right into my room. Also if the room was more soundproof. I heard everything especially the highway noise, all night long.

That the gentleman at the desk was bilingual and assisted the customers in front of us with no problem. Also appreciated that I was placed on the 1st floor which is what I requested bc of my mobility challenges.

when we entered the elevator, it smelled of marijuana and also needs to improve the appearance of the elevator that looked moderately deteriorated

The ceiling above the window had mold and sagging paint from an apparent AC leak on the floor above. It was unsightly but didn't cause any direct problems aside from overall cleanliness/appearance.

Room was quiet and comfortable. Floors were clean and the AC wasn't too loud.

wifi kept dropping so had difficulty working from room, iron in the room was chipped which could tear clothes, the hallways were not clean, the room windows overlooking the highway were dirty and didn’t keep the road noise down. The flush on the toilet got stuck couple of times and had to jiggle to get it to close properly. the wall paint behind work desk was peeling off.

I had to change rooms because rainwater leaked in from outside during a heavy storm the first night plus the heater didnt get the room temperature above 65 degrees. They had only ONE luggage cart for the entire facility & I had to wait over an hour to use it checking out.

I don't think there was anything for breakfast. I didn't get up in time anyway. The accommodations were adequate and the staff wasn't pushy about checking out on time like most places.
