perfect location, really lovely residential area of San fran. Easy to walk around, or get trams. Great it has free parking too, literally on the 101, but doesn't make it noisy. Stylish, comfortable room and amazing price.

The shower had a minor leak I to the floor, but not terrible.

The location was perfect and close to what we wanted to see. There was a great little local part close by which we loved.

Our room's (201) windows faced Lombard Street and our door was right by the stairs, this meant the room was quite noisy as the windows aren't very soundproof and people were constantly walking by the front door. Also, we had to wait for 20 minutes for our room to be cleaned when we arrived at 16.40, almost 2 hours after check in. HOWEVER, these were minor inconveniences as the rest was so good!

Free parking was available throughout our stay, including the last day after we checked out. Rooms are very nicely decorated. Location is superb!

Really modern and clean motel . The rooms were fully furnished! Free parking at the door and only a few minutes drive to the Golden Gate Bridge! There is a bus stop on the nearby street corner and the buses stop there take you to Fisherman & Wharf or in Downtown!

Room servicing seemed a bit random. Was told by reception on arrival that we'd need to put the 'make up the room' sign on the outside of the door when we needed the room serviced. We initially checked in near to midnight and even though we hadn't put the make up the 'make up the room' sign on the door, the following day it was serviced anyway. But later in our stay, we put the make up the room sign on the door, but the room wasn't serviced. Our dirty towels had been taken but nothing else had been done and we had to go in search of fresh towels.

Very nice location and room. Reception staff were a bit odd. Especially on check out, when by pressing the door bell to access reception, it seemed like I had drawn the receptionist bleary eyed from his bed, even though it was 8:30am

Quadruple room with two queen beds was relative big compared to other this type room in the USA, however, there was not so much place for 4 persons. There were no any table for eating, only pne chair, so if you want to eat sth for breakfast you have to sit on your bed

Everything. Very good location between Presidio and Fisherman's wharf. Newly renovated with nice interior design and well thought out use of space. Bathroom shower products mounted on wall for convenience and to lessen plastic container waste. TV, coffee machine and microwave worked well. Room was clean and quiet. Good service from reception.

The only thing we didn’t like 100% were the bed sheets. It was a sheet, a duvet and a sheet again instead of a duvet inside of a sheet. We also found some minor stains which wasn’t a big issue but it’s nicer if they’re entirely clean ;)

The Inn is located in a nice area of San Francisco that seems safe. We liked the rooms, which have been renovated recently. They are spacious, the bathroom was nice and the beds were comfortable. You can also find a small fridge, a microwave and a small coffee maker. The staff was friendly, checkin and checkout were quick and easy.

Check in area is very basic and hard to understand the help, when asking questions about things to do but they are pleasant. Not many amenities beyond a nice, clean room but that was all we needed.

Room was clean with updated decore. Tile flooring, so no gross, old carpet. Great walkable, safe location to many restaurants, shopping and the bay coastline. FREE parking in the city of SF!

Didn’t like the pillows (hard, inflexible).

Great value! We were a bit worried that given the price, it would be sub-par, but the room was well-maintained, clean, and the staff was helpful. Beds were very comfortable (firm). Close to Union St with all its restaurants & shops.

The only complaint was that the rooms smelled a little like bleach. It's not a major issue but I do suffer from migraines and had one when here. When this happens I'm hyper sensitive to strong smells. Otherwise it was good.

The location of this property is great. Really close to the marina area and plenty of places to eat and a great cafe on the next block for lovely coffee and breakfast. Reasonably close to public transport, though we did get a car transfer from the airport. Rooms were spotlessly clean and fairly well reflect the photos. There are two profiles for this hotel - the old one and the new one. It was safe and we were happy there. We had two rooms close to each other and had no issues whatsoever as a group of girls travelling.

Not a big deal but there is no Iron in the room.

The room is very new, clean and cozy. The location is safe and not so far walking to the Fisherman's wharf and Pier 39. Free parking on the hotel area. The facilities are good.

Free parking but be aware-not enough spaces for all the customers. If you arrive late in the evening you might be in trouble and find no spot available.

I was surprised by this hotel. Newly remodeled property for good price in SF. Very clean and modern rooms. Friendly staff.
