We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United StatesWe didn't love the accommodations. I thought I was booking a two bedroom townhouse because that's what it said but that is not what I got. When I got to the resort I did not have the key code to get into our room. At midnight on two separate nights there was working on the floor above us and woke my whole family up. The floor of our room was so dirty and not swept it made our feet dirty.
We loved the regal palms resort. Room was nicely remodeled

United StatesI only used the amenities once at the resort and was made to pay $201 that I did not know about until check-in. The pool wasn't even open. I can understand day by day but to make me pay for something I did not use is ridiculous. And for this reason you have lost my business for the future. I have been disputing this issue since I booked this resort. On the confirmation it says the resort fee is for the pool, park and wifi. When I tell them at the desk I am not going to use those things they tell me I still have to pay because it's for security as well. Totally wrong and misleading. If that was the case it should have been included in the taxes upon booking.

BahamasThe big drying towels had a lot of lint, so every time you came out the shower and dried off, the lint would stick to your skin Back patio was too open near the lake for the kids. Unable to access internet on the first day, but we reached out to the host, and we received and immediate response. The breaker kept tripping in the unit whenever we used the coffee maker or toaster.
We loved the King size and bunk beds for the kids, they were very clean and comfy. Nice big screen TVs in all rooms. Kitchen was nice, included everything needed to prepare meals for the family. Washer & Dryer worked well. The pool was fun, my kids loved the slide and lazy river, Lots of towels included in our unit.

United StatesThe townhouse was warm but we couldn’t put the AC any lower. We saw a cockroach inside on our last day. The kitchen supplies are bare minimum and dollar tree quality. It made cooking very difficult. The coffee pot didn’t work and would leak everywhere and take an hour to brew 6 cups because it overheats it’s control panel.
The townhome was spacious. Loved the king size bed. Lots of bathrooms.

United StatesOur unit didn’t have a working washer/dryer, the stove needed the temperature pushed at least 50 degrees hotter to work, if you walked in the carpet with your socks they were instantly dirty, when you called the management office for the unit the message always said closed even during their operating hours, master bedroom was supposed to have a jacuzzi tub but it wasn’t, when I made the reservation I selected a condo with king/queen/queen/2 twins but that’s not the room set up we received, forcing a couple to sleep in separate beds

United StatesUnit didn"t have any working televisions. Finally, 2 days after check in the maintenance staff got 2 sets to work out of the 5 in the unit. Also, we didn't have internet connection for 4 days until we piggybacked a connection from a nearby unit. We also didn't have electronic door locks and had to manually open and close the unit.
Units are large(4 bedrooms) with 3 1/2 baths. Trash collection is daily.

I had to use the elevator and stairs, which caused back spasm, fear of elevators so because of that my back went out on me the entire stay i was confined to the room. I couldn't enjoy the Resort. My family had to do things without me.

United StatesI didn't like the hotel I was on the top floor which felt like it was going to fall down and then my room had a nice chair in the room which I fell out of because it had broken legs on it .and then I had a balcony with no patio furniture to sit on and it was also covered in bird poop and on top of all that my master bathroom did not give hot water I have seen better here and have had better but this was a bummer for my birthday weekend.
Normally I love this place but this left a different taste in my mouth and I was not happy.

United StatesTwice we had repair people and a staff person try to come into our unit without knocking. One time it was a brief knock and the code was used. A woman came in while we were still trying to get to the door. There was repair work being done and we were not informed ahead of time. We could hear the neighbors above and beside us. There were very large cockroaches we killed inside the unit. The dishwasher had to be pulled out a bit in order to close the door every time we used it.
The pool area was very nice. The location was perfect for us.

United StatesThe refrigerator stopped working lost roughly $340 in groceries no one seemed to care or offered a resolution. I called the managing company they at one point wouldn’t return my call and didn’t answer the front staff at the resort when I did speak to someone 12 hours later I said we would like a refund and would like to leave the lady was like ok. I let the front desk know they were surprised as well from the flip it response.

United StatesThe unit needs new mattresses, they are clearly more than 10 years old; the pillows were just as old. Honestly, Walmart sells decent pillows for $5. The comforters were so old they seemed lime blankets. The one in the master was ripped and it had a patch on it that was half off!! Seriously, you can get a comforter at Target for $30!!
This was marketed as a luxury property. The size of the townhome was as advertised; however, the condition of the place was terrible. The carpet on the stairs and second floor was filthy (I have photos); the beds, the pillows, the comforters and furniture are as old as the place. One of the twin beds on the second floor was actually at an angle towards the floor; therefore, one of my daughters slept on the couch, which was not much better. When I tried to switch, I couldn’t because the people at the location only hand you the keys. They have nothing to do with renting the units. The people at the number I was given only handle maintenance. My back and neck were killing me by the second day. Would not recommend this to anyone. It is not right to simply say “oh the owner is responsible for upkeep”! If you are renting it, it is your responsibility to ensure that the conditions of the unit are up to par. We had to use a knife to use the toaster, it had no handles! And on and on! Stay away!
