I had issues with my first room because the toilet water would not stop running. I was moved to another room the following morning and that room had a bad smell (confirmed by the chief engineer who came to the room), so I was moved the following morning to another room which was very comfortable.

The front desk supervisor/manager was exceptional. She went above and beyond to help with what little hiccups I came across. Everyone was very professional and nice. I will stay here when I return.

The water was off when we arrived and our room wasn't ready, although I asked for an earlier check-in time. The music at the pool is extremely loud.

The pool was amazing, as well as the breakfast. Extremely comfortable chairs at the pool. Lisa at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Outdoor areas not cleaned. Same trash items near side entrances for my 12 day stay. Room ceaning every 3-4 days. Rooms get messy, trash receptacle, filled in 2-3 days. Must request new towels and wash cloth's each day. Not enough soaps to last until next cleaning. Expensive for breakfast. $18.00 per person seems high. Large size modern TV, however, many of the premium channels and none premium channels can not be viewed, even if you were willing to pay extra, I was told this by the front desk staff. The channels were transposed to what ever the cable provider wanted to feature. Front desk said the had been having a technical issues. 12 days ?? Not acceptable and not appreciated if you spend your evenings hoping to see a premium features.

Location & Room. Staff... Pool, gym, lobby Free coffee in the morning. A good brand that is very aromatic. Policy of 2 unrelated persons in the elevator at one time was a good idea.

The hotel needs alittle upgrade. Maybe painting, new bathroom fixtures. Our toilet handle stuck and bathroom fan didn't work. For a lower end Marriott no issue and location perfect. Staff was great. I'd stay again. Just wish the weather was better.

On the day of our departure, we needed a quick breakfast to get to the airport on time. Jodie was off and the service was sooo slow or practically non exsistant, we left and went to Starbucks so as not to miss our flight

Jodie,who works in the hotel restaurant was outstanding!!! she was the only server at breakfast and did a fabulous job. we went back every morning because of her.

Disappointed as my room would only be cleaned every 3 days. Had to ask daily for clean towels. While they left 3 days worth of wet, dirty towels in bathroom. Had to even ask to toilet paper. The outside grounds/pool area needed to cleaned. Leaves and garage around the pool and parking lot. Dirty plates around pool area. I stayed at this location many times, and everything used to be spotless. I wouldn’t say that now.

The condensation from the ACs dripped outside all night. Didn't keep us awake but could have... we were on the first floor so I think we were getting a lot of condensation from floors above.

The Staff could not be more accommodating, very friendly and pool was very nice to relax and spend the afteroon.

No complaints!

Room was clean. Good location Close to lots of restaurants that were open for a late dinner. The hot tub is open 24 hours which was nice to take a late night hot tub when we arrived and were tired. Beds were comfortable.
