Unit was described as 2 bedroom, but second bedroom was loft open to main living area - not private room. Unit was a little smelly - old cigarette smoke and a little musty.

Decent accomodation for one night for our family of 4. Small but well-stocked kitchen, nice to have 2 bathrooms. Easy parking. Very friendly front desk staff.

When we went for breakfast there was very little options left. There was no bread, breakfast sandwiches, potatoes, milk, or fruit. The only thing left were scrambled eggs, 3 pieces of ham, and waffle mix. The problem with the waffles were there is only one waffle maker and each waffle 2.5 minutes. There was one person at the front making waffles for his 4 siblings. There were also 2 other people behind him. Needless to say I had to get my breakfast elsewhere.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Our stay was very affordable and conveniently located to everything.

Parking was a bit of an issue. Facility was full and there were few spots.

I tried to respond to an email to pre-register but I couldn’t get past the first screen because it said they didn’t have a registration under my name. Also there was no linen or blankets for the hideaway. We tried for hours to call the front desk and guest services but no one answered the phones. The kitchen had decent appliances but only 1 frying pan to cook with.

In room facilities were a bit limited, mainly in the kitchen. Pillows were too soft, but that's probably a matter of preference.

There were some unclean areas in the room. The outlet by the front door and the window sill were dusty and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while.

The breakfast was limited, but understandable with Covid. The stairs outside were a little tilted which took a little to get used to. The entrance doors slam very easily and sometimes it's hard to open the doors because the handle gets stuck when trying to push it down when unlocking.

There was a continental breakfast. The layout of our room was really cool with the loft bedroom. 2 different bathrooms was a nice commodity to have. Overall pretty quiet and very clean. Provided toiletries like shampoo and conditioner in the showers.

The only thing I didn’t like about this property was the person upstairs who was walking/pacing loudly above. That isn’t the fault of the hotel.

I love the location of this property, it’s close to parks and shopping. The room was comfortable and clean. Check in was fast and the staff was friendly. I didn’t have the breakfast due to COVID so I can’t comment on that.

Blow dryer was terrible. We had some neighbors always sitting on the stairs smoking. Other than that it was great.
