Mainly the breakfast was below my expectation as well as the location. The area around the hotel was a bit crippy.

A VERY long walk down the hall to our room, the heat came out as air conditioning. Mattress felt cheap and uncomfortable, bedding was not cozy or comfortable. No hand soap at bathroom sink. (Not even small soap bar)

The room was large, clean and spacious. There was an area near front desk where you could purchase wine, beer, water snacks, and other miscellaneous items.

The male manager I met on Friday night was abrasive, and borderline rude. I wanted to extend the trip by one day and was told a big wedding was arriving. The denial wasn't the issue, but the way he acted and spoke was probably the worst I've ever encountered at any hotel. Other than that no complaints at all

I wish others in the hotel would be respectful of guests. Room across was so noisy, screaming kids, slamming doors until 1 a.m. You would think the parents would be more respectful in disciplining them.

Was charged on two different credit cards was treated rudely felt like I was racially discriminated against gender discrimination and unwilling to provide help to solve the situation with the double charges and was also not told there would be a hold put on the debit card that I used to check in very rude management

There was an issue with the internet for a short time one day during my stay.

The breakfast was good - there was a very nice selection of food items to choose from. I was pleasantly surprised. The bed was awesome - very comfortable. Loved the renovations that have been completed in the past year. The staff was also very friendly & accommodating. I plan on staying here again in the future & would recommend this hotel as an excellent place to stay in this area.

The whole facility is a Super Clean facility. Being a Lifetime Titanium Member I have stayed at a lot of Marriott properties but this was one of the most well kept facility. The room I stayed at was clean and well maintained also. The cleaning crew did an amazing job to come back and ensure my room was clean. Kudos to them. The Breakfast was well stocked and the area kept clean. All in all it was impressive.

The breakfast was not merely poor, it was all the way to disgusting. It made the stay unacceptable. The glasses in the dishwasher had been washed, but had soap scum on them.

The receptionist was very friendly and efficient -- as this was Christmas Eve and he was still on duty the next morning, he was working a very long shift. The room itself was very good of its type -- not luxurious but large and efficient with good kitchen (which I did not use, however,).

Room was dirty (sticky floors, dishes, couch) and missing basic amenities (soap, towels). From the time at check in we requested assistance with the concerning matters and got zero response. We did not sleep there the second night because it was so disgusting and opted for relative’s couch instead. One front desk staff person was available throughout stay to share concerns with - he was nice but admittedly had no authority and reported he could only be the messenger. Despite repeated requests for manager assistance through front desk, phone calls, and email- there was absolutely no response. Very disappointed.

I was not happy AT ALL that there was no pool available. No one informed us that the pool was under renovation.
