They did a paint touch-up on the doors and didn't match the color/finish, so the doors were a bit of an eyesore.

I always stay here whenever I'm in the Ridgway/Telluride/Ouray area because it is convenient, very dog friendly (they even provide dog treats in the rooms), and very reasonably priced.

We like the location, haven’t been here since new ownership and remodel. Very impressed with the cleanliness and room remodel and overall improvement to the property,including the restaurant . We split a delicious burger with the best fries. Great service!

Everything was to our liking. There were some loud guests staying on the first floor, but we couldn't hear them from our room on the second floor. Staff checked in with us to see if they were being too loud.

Great value and a convenient location for accessing the mountains and hot springs in the area. Very pleased they were dog-friendly accommodation. The food served at their restaurant was excellent for the price. I will absolutely stay here again.

Some rooms are very noisy, especially near the laundromat. No breakfast included. No ceiling lights in the rooms which is a bit weird for a newly renovated hotel.

Nice cozy place to rest between activities in the area. Rooms are newly renovated and very clean. The new bar/restaurant looks nice as well. Staff was always helpful and friendly. I especially appreciate the free upgrade to a suite for the inconvenience of having to change rooms twice during my stay.

Experience with complaint of another guest regarding our pets barking and guest pounding on our door while we were out fir one hour. We returned just as hotel phoned (we were in the parking lot). The manager wanted us to downsize and move rooms. We explained that our pets would calm down now that we were there and no one would be pounding on the door.

The room size and shower were a bit small. The air conditioner was loud but okay since we prefer sleeping with white noise. Unfortunately, the mountain view came with a view of the highway.

Great little hotel - rooms were recently updated and are pretty nice. Ridgway is a great little town and we really enjoyed walking around the shops and eating at a few of the restaurants.

Some rooms face a very busy highway; traffic noise -- especially motorcycles and trucks -- can be a problem. Furniture is slightly sparse and sort of sub-Ikea in quality. Restaurant and lobby under construction.

Excellent customer service. When we left a day early the manager agreed to refund portion of pre-payment without hesitation. And when we asked to change rooms the staff moved every bit of our luggage while we were out!

Will be much nicer once they finish renovating. I would have expected a heads-up on the renovations going on, and perhaps a discounted price as long as they renovating.
