We definitely would have appreciated a more substantial breakfast, there was no choice of vegetables, no ham, no cheese..

The location of the hotel was very good, close to the airport and the port on the crusie where we were going. There were also shops and restaurants within easy reach.

The doors to the pool locked you in and you had to ask someone to open the door. Hopefully they get that fixed soon, and the elevator is a wee bit scary and needs to be inspected.

Staff was super helpful and kind. Location was perfect, view was spectacular from our room! I can't comment on the complimentary breakfast because our flight was super early, but the staff helped arrange transportation to the airport and made our morning hassle free. We stayed here after a 4 day cruise and wanted 1 night in Miami before we headed home. They let us drop our luggage off so we could explore before check in and they were even able to get us in a little early. We stayed at a different hotel when we flew into Miami prior to going on our cruise and it was a total disappointment. This 1 night here made up for our 2 bad nights at the other un-named hotel! I'm so glad my family and I were able to enjoy a fantastic day and night in Miami before we left!

Pool, breakfast

Location was good, room was nice. Our room had a big walk in closet. Shower was bootlegged. Pool was dirty, breakfast wasn't good at all. Would have been nice if a bar and restaurant in hotel was available.

Not enough seats/tables at the breakfast area for the number of guests.

Location of hotel was great. Right next to metromover stations and easy access to other areas of Miami. Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was a bonus and set us up to start the day. Staff friendly and helpful. Pool area clean and on the sunshine during the day.

Only one elevator worked, there was always a queue and that didn't seem to stress the staff at all. The valet service at the reception: They don't leave you time to think or evaluate other alternatives, and they are very expensive. If you are going to pick up and leave your car several times a day, perhaps it is a good price, but if you are going to visit Miami on foot or by public transportation and you only take your car once or not at all, it is totally unnecessary to pay that price.

A lot of shared space in the ground floor. Some members of the staff very nice and helpful. Great location to visit downtown, brickel... very close to the Miami Metromover.

There are two elevators. One is out of order and hotel staff and guests were using just one elevator and had to wait 10 minutes or more just to get in. We had to climb 9 flight of steps multiple times.

Room was a bit small, the way furniture was setup, there was hardly space to move around without knocking your knees around the bed.

The front desk needs to be a little more welcoming.The breakfast options should have something for vegetarians as well like hash brown or something like that there is nothing much at all for vegetarians.

Inconvenience to get car - valet parking. Entrance is hard to get to since hotel located in one way street, merge with road to highway. Not recommended for new driver. Only one elevator was working. We took the stairs from 8th floor down instead of waiting for 20-30 minutes.

The elevator had issues and the one that was working took long becauae everyone was using it. Imagine waiting to get to ground floor with luggage.

Location was perfect! Easy acess to places we wanted to visit and great place to stay as it is near Port of Miami.
