There are not enough umbrellas or shade around the pool and you can easily get overheated even with sunscreen applied and hats on. Around 3pm we went to the beach hoping to get lounge chairs and umbrella there but no one was at the beach house. At one point there were no fresh towels available at the pool. The rooms have old vibe and carpet. Good clean hotel but I think it is a little overpriced for what it offers. It looks newer, better and bigger on pictures than it is.

The staff was very friendly. People who stayed at the hotel were pleasant, with families and kids. Clean rooms. Clean facilities.

the beds are small and uncomfortable and the pillows are so over used they yellow. not good for if you have problems with your neck or back. best to bring your own.

I love the fact that it’s so close to beach and that you are able to use other sister hotel facilities.

Microwaves would be greatly appreciated in the rooms. Parking fees should be included in the price to stay. Lack of room service was a surprise. We love coming here for the private beach but the lack of staff made a difference in our visit this time. We found more trash on the beach, the pool was dirty and the pool’s mushroom shower broke. Continental breakfast was convenient but overpriced. We would come back because overall our family loves coming but I noticed a decline in quality this summer.

I received a text message, asking to confirm my stay and check in. When I called, they said our room was ready and it was earlier than check in time. When we arrived, they said our room was ready, gave us the key and then took it back and said nope sorry your room is not ready The room smelled as well as the hallway. When opening the door to get to the deck you couldn’t open it all the way because it hit the bed. The sheets had stains. Having to pay for parking was also ridiculous. The front desk told us that they provided towels and we would find them at the pool area. There were no towels to be found and no one outside to ask. You would have to walk to a different facility to ask them again for towels. For $1000.00 for just two nights I thought the accommodations would have been better. .

Charge a crazy amount for a buffet breakfast that was not good quality and limited in choices. It was cheaper to go to Dunkin’ or McD’s and everyone could choose what they liked.

Given the wrong keys at check in and the process took a bit long. You have to check in at blue water

I didn't like the breakfast! as I'm Brazilian, I usually eat tastier things! I didn't have much choice, and it was super expensive for little!

everything in this place is excellent! we are delighted with the view! I was only sad because I paid for the room with the terrace, and they put me on the top floor! my husband prefers it on top! more because of our daughter I preferred below! other than that it's ok!

Room was musty and didn't smell well. Bathroom was old. Door was breaking apart. Shower/tub did not drain. Had to stand in a tub of water to take shower.
