The shower was a bit small, and we struggled with maintaining a normal shower temperature( it was either blazing hot or really cold)

The owner was extremely friendly, kind, and welcoming. The location is phenomenal, less than a three minute walk to the boardwalk! The bed was super comfortable, blankets, sheets, and towels clean. Room service was nice too and made sure we had everything we needed (we were here 4 days). I've stayed here before and will continue to do so in the future!

The room was clean but the chemical smell was too strong. I smelled it for 3 days straight. Gave my husband and I a headache and we had our 6month old son with us. I didn’t realize our room was gonna be on the 3rd floor. We had so much stuff for the baby we had to carry up and down.

The property was very close to the boardwalk and beach. It was clean and the pool was nice. I wish the pool was open later.

Parking only for 1 car and it's tight, real tight. I made the mistake of booking a "family suite" and it was a one bedroom with 2 queen beds, and a fold out couch in the front room which took up all the front room space when used as a bed. no dressers, a 12 to 18 inch pole to hang hangers on in the bedroom . At first the one bed was pushed up against the wall blocking the window air conditioner unit, I moved the bed over a few inches to allow air flow. Only bedroom had air conditioning so I bought a box fan and placed it at the bedroom door aimed at the front area. The kitchen had a mini fridge, microwave and drip coffee pot, that sink drain blocker was broken up on arrival: they did rig it to work.

Location is excellent. Staff is very nice and majority of the other guests are nice and friendly. Pool is conveniently located near every room.

Maid was not friendly. She seemed mad when we asked her for additional towels. Her communications skills are poor as she did not ask if it was ok to clean the room while we were in there using the bathroom. She left and didnt say if she was coming back to clean it, so later when we asked her to clean it she had attitude.

One very minor thing - the hot-cold knob in the shower stall worked backwards. I never got around to telling management.

Location at the center of the boardwalk was ideal. Manager was able to get wi-fi connected on my phone. On-site ATM was located inside office where you're less likely to get mugged. Swimming pool was clean enough.

The only bad thing about the motel is the poor quality of the wifi signal. Say what you want but as a solo dad on vacation, after a long day at the beach with your 9 years old you appreciate a little pause. Wifi was not functional, the signal bar were there but it wouldn’t give us access to the great internet.

Loved the location, the staff was very professionneal, the pool always clean and there is an ice machine ! ( useful for beach vacation)

While the place is clean. They are due for a deep carpet cleaning in the rooms. Obviously some upgrades need to be done, like new comforters, and plumbing (super low flow showers and slow drains). But overall it met our needs.

Super close to the boardwalk. Very cute and clean pool. My kid loved the pool. Wifi was decent. It's nothing fancy but comfortable and close to everything
