The room leaked water through the ceiling and under the door when it rained. The room was flooded with water. When I talked to the manager the next morning, he was rude and disrespectful. He said, "It is too early for this" when I tried to discuss the issue with the rain.

Front desk manager. My check in seemed to disturb him from his back room. Afterward, his demeanor changed my mind about staying another night. I found another place near airport, not as budget priced as old town rode house, but willing to pay more just so I Dont have to see a unwelcome expression.

Parking up front, with a trailer hooked to my truck. Good bed. Shower head provided great shower, although water faucet for shower difficult to work for a decent warm shower. Knob has no direction for cold or hot water. Nearly scalded me.

We were on day three of our stay and went to the casino down the road for about an hour and a half almost 2 hours late at night we came back about 1:30 a.m. and all the sudden the manager of the hotel starts yelling at us to get our stuff and leave the room right now I look at my phone I've got five missed phone calls he is claiming that we were screaming profusely at each other for over 3 hours tried to kick us out of the room even though we could prove that we hadn't been there in over 2 hours and called the police on us we then explain to the police that we hadn't been there they looked at the guy and was like I don't know what you're talking about there's no reason to kick them out of the room at this point no one is complaining but you it was unprofessional unacceptable out of control I've never been more embarrassed in my life after talk to three different police vehicles at 2:00 in the morning because this manager had lost his damn mind I've never been more embarrassed

A/C wasn’t working in my room and other rooms. I was told the owner was not fixing them. I had to go buy a fan. it was terrible.

The room had rusty bathroom fixtures, cigarette butt stains on the toilet seat, absolutely no hangars, no blankets whatever in the room, a big cigarette burn hole in the drape, no cups, no toiletries in the bathroom. It was a big disappointment, to say the least.

We were extremely disappointed to know that the hotel had no room for us despite our reservation! And we only were told at the front desk when arrived in the late night after several hours' driving. The hotel did not even offer an apology. Unacceptable. This is an update review: the hotel even charged me twice and no refund yet almost after one month … speechless...…

I booked the last room available on Booking.com The cable TV didn’t work and front desk just said they would ask maintenance to fix in morning- I was only staying one night. The room #126 had no working smoke detector it was painted over, the wires were unable to be connected in other words it didn’t work. Detector also lacked a backup battery. I reported to front desk and like the TV I got a shoulder shrug and a promise to have maintenance look at in the morning.The time was 5:30pm. I can only assume this was a known issue or perhaps management didn’t care or couldn’t be bothered to remedy. The room had an odd low pitched beeping sound that went off every 1.5 minutes. I checked everything and detector of course for source to no avail. Reported to front desk and asked to switch rooms in frustration and was told it was not possible as they were sold out. Once again no one offered to even come look. Fool me once….you have been forewarned. Ultimately front desk asked if I wanted to get a refund at 7pm and leave in search of another motel but I wasn’t about to let some new family with a kid or next person just get the my same misfortune or worse because of smoke detector situation. Never any interest in checking out the issues I reported upon my check-in. 😞
