I wanted a room with a Jacuzzi and some how I ended up with a room with a stripper pole 🤦🏽‍♂️

The tub was leaking all over the room I was having to clean that up plus the room wasn’t clean I had to clean the room with bleach an etc.

Bugs in the rooms. Crickets, roaches, gnats. It was all very dusty. Bed sheets, curtains, walls had cigarette burns. Bed sheets were not washed. TV was staticky and only had a few channels.

It was a short drive to our destinations during that weekend.

We saw couple roaches, the bathroom was gross and there was someone banging on another door for hours we were tired from driving but the area this place was in we didn’t sleep well

The spa tub was too small for two people comfortably. The ceramic tile floor was extremely slippery when wet. There was not enough towels for the activities ... shower and spa tub.

The bed was amazingly comfortable. The LED lights were amazing. The bed linens were of very high quality.

The clerk was very rude, bullying me into paying again for the room which I had already paid for at booking. Also the room was supposed to come with champagne, snacks, and more - it came with nothing. When I asked at the window ( booking desk?) I was told by the rude man that they were out of stock - no apologies, substitutions, or credit offered. The so called new management is far worse than the previous., Looking to scam you at every opportunity. Also, they are very strict about the 11 am check out, no exceptions.

I love the room, the lights and the hot tub.

i paid for a room and the lock didn’t work no matter how many cards they gave us so they relocated us to a different room TWICE. they refused to give us some of our money back because we didn’t get the room we purchased. do not recommend at all.

Booked room based on pictures on the website, but half the lights didn't work. Champagne wasn't in the room, was given at check in which kind of ruined some of the surprise. TV only had like 4 channels.

Price was good. Idea of the room was good. Spa tub was good. Bed wasn't bad. The fact that it was a smoking room is AWESOME!!

The room was VERY VERY stuffy/dusty. It didn’t smell like cigarette smoke it was like the room (possibly the sheets) was packed into a box and left unattended for weeks so now there’s this unkempt smell that wouldn’t leave no matter how much I tried to air it out. Someone’s hair was left in the shower so I’m assuming it wasn’t cleaned before I arrived. Neither was the stickiness on the light switch next to the bed. The overall look of the room was somewhat visually pleasing, but the smell/feel of the room ruined that. Also there’s small holes in the wall. Luckily I had Lysol wipes with me so I was able to clean the refrigerator which oddly had strands of hair in it as well. I would’ve asked for a different room but they were sold out. The guy at the front desk didn’t seemed interested in communicating at all when it came to me checking in.

The nobs on jazz tub is rusty the ceiling mirror needs cleaning it's nasty. The room wasn't clean enough it was dirty still I had to reclean it. Tv wasn't enough channels no cable channels air conditioner wasn't working right when I paid for room it wasn't the one I paid for I had to pay extra when I paid the full price twices and it wasn't fare

The fact yall didn't meet my requirements I mean I didn't even get the correct room. Was supposed to have the jacuzzi suite with rose petals spread throughout the bed and room as well as bottle of wine. Got none of that very disappointed, definitely not worth the almost. $200 spent

lately I’ve noticed it’s not as clean as it used to be and rooms aren’t aired out and the tubs and floors are not cleaned at all. also it’s time to get new mattresses. they are needing to be completely replaced and bedspreads and pillows updated. I bring my own towels and bed spread and pillows now. tvs are not always working and remotes never work right. just needs to be revamped and a little more attention to detail. still one of my favorite places to stay.

I stay here often. at least twice a month and each stay at least 2 days sometimes 3. the older man at the front desk is awesome and I always feel safe and serene there and often feed the bunnies that are in the yard. I like the different rooms and lights and it’s secluded and no one’s messes with you.

Needed maintenance updates. The bedding was dirty. Actually forgot something in our room & door was open. Walked in as it was being cleaned & noticed the bed was made, With out changing linens. Ice machine was broken.

The staff, As I hung my clothes. One side of clothes rack came out of wall. My friend still had to hang her clothes. Our room was up stairs & we struggled w/stairs because both have knee problems. It was wet & slippery! Seen housecleaning & told her about our issues. She was very sweet and after checking the clothes rack. So she communicated w/management &. was able to move us to a room with a good rack and was downstairs. Even asked if we needed help w/our luggage:)
