small pool with small pices stone on it , istead of tiles or anything similar for easy walking around the pool, extra charge for parking $53 per night, extra charge for 2 kids beach towel and chairs $19 per person, for our luck again broken bath doors( in Key West also), pool bar do not offer a coffee, charge 2% extra per day for area Miami Beach resort plus 7% city tax, very tiny and small terrace only 35cm wide for such a location and destination.

Didn’t have any housekeeping stop by to check for towels, trash. Coffee maker missing basket to hold coffee. A microwave and undercounted fridge should be standard. May be time to freshen up furnishings.

The breakfast.Very poor .litle variety,I miss tomatoes. No waterYo have yo ask fir everything. I don't like the ketchup and jam individually,it's a waste of money. Also s female staff either the long rastafarian still hair going sll over the place on purpose. Disgusting and antihigienic fir a waitress.Should be in a pony tail

1) no parking lot, valet service was practically mandatory because of that 2) Booking.com reservation included 33US$ per night and they billed again, so I paid 66 US$ twice (is it to be reimbursed by them or by Booking.com?)

This is my families 5th time staying at the Royal Palm. We love the location of this stay. It is right on the beach and close to everything we need.

Everything was good staying in this hotel. But, I wish they had a better parking option. We used the valet parking and it was a little expensive. But, the staffs were so nice! The size of the room was a little small for two people. I guess because I chose the lowest price...? Oh, the door in the bathroom.. It was a little heavy and not completely closed... We wish the door was completely able to be closed.

The location is perfect for getting to the beach, the restaurants, shops, or any other places in Miami Beach! All staff were nice and the room was clean as well.

The hotel has 17 floors but doesn't have enough outdoor space. The swimming pool is also small. They charge for beach umbrella. You can't use the refrigerator (minibar) to cool your beer since it's on sensor.

Location: Right on the south beach with direct access to the beach. Centrally located near the ocean drive ( where you find the restaurants and parties), 17th Street. Friendly staff and clean place. This is part of Marriott.

Some of the chair cushions and umbrellas looked to be past their useful life but not a big complaint since they have plenty of towels for putting over the cushions anyways.

I WILL NEVER BOOK THROUGH THIRD PARTY EVER AGAIN SINCE IT WAS A REAL DISASTER LIKE I DID THIS TIME WITH BOOKING . The billing and authorizing the card for additional payment even after the rooms is paid for.. When asked for what was left to.pay at checkout...i was told that there was no balance which wasn't true because hours after we check out...there was another charge to the credit card...so this whole situation took away from a great stay and instead of relaxing...we left Miami more stress.
