The mattresses are very hard, there was hair all in the bathroom tube. A huge hole in the bathroom door. And the room I looked at was supposed to have a refrigerator at stove there wasn’t one.

The lady at the front desk when I checked in was very nice we talked for about 15 minutes. She was very sweet.

The room was right by the entrance and I heard everybody going in and out all times of the night. I asked for a different room but, I was told there were none available. There were no light bulbs in the lamps and I saw a roach crawling up the wall.

Need better security. People drunk kicking and trying to enter rooms. Loud music and uncontrollable parties after quiet hours. The room had broken things that we had to tighten and readjust. The hotel was expensive compared to services.

I was blanty lied to. I was bringing my son to enjoy his spring break. His favorite thing to do is swim. With the pools being cold, I called the hotel not once but three times to make sure the pool was heated before I booked since it’s my son’s main form of entertainment while at the beach. They told me they had an indoor heated pool. Once I got to the hotel I also asked at the front desk if the pool was heated. They said yes! Lo and behold me and my son headed to the pool and it was freezing. I was super disappointed and upset. Why didn’t they just tell me the truth ? I could have found a heated pool resort. 😒

The room smelled like wet dog. The garbage and dirty linens from other rooms stayed outside of the room overnight and until someone got to it (middle of the next day). The cleanliness of the place could have been done so much better.

The staff was very helpful and nice. And the view was immaculate.

Hot tub and indoor pool were both under renovation and I booked here with the expectation of them being open. I even asked did they have an indoor pool and hot tub and was told yes.

Bathroom was less than stellar on cleanliness, the dresser had blown up pink balloons in it? Shower drain was clogged. Toilet had urination on it and poop streaks down the front. We also spotted bed bugs on the wall beside the dresser.

I liked the staff. Very friendly and helpful.

Had to ask for clean towels and wash clothes and pick them up at the front desk the room needs to be updated the beds were worn out didn't sleep good the plumbing was old you can see daylight between the room door I expected more we stayed at the motel a year earlier and stayed in the south tower and it was a great experience

Was disappointed Jacuzzi wasn't available. Needs updating severely. Saw some bugs in room. Think they were roaches. Shower not good at all.

Indoor pool and jacuzzi were broken. Little run down and old. Toilet seat broke on us 2nd day there. Had to call and ask for toilet paper twice. Parking wasn't the greatest either. We stayed here before and it was great. But this tike not so much. Just needs a good refresh

Hotels needs updates. Elevator took forever to access. Most staff did not speak English.

Kids should not swimming in lazy river. Elevator took to long. No house keeping while our stay. Facilities are severely outdated. Rooms need a great deal of care. This place has great potential if they took better care if it. Outside shower barely worked.

Loved the pool and tiki bar. Music was too much rap and too loud. Excellent location.
