The heat didn't work in the room I was originally given, I was shown another room which the unit was detached from the wall and you could clearly see outside. The hotel has been updated but there are still some noticeable changes needing to take place. There was no ice machine on the 2nd floor. Toilets worked but they're in need of being replaced. Sinks were updated but still had different missing components.

The location was a good. Area was quiet. It's right near the interstate so easy access to get where we were going.The hostess was great. When we told her the heat wasn't working she quickly found us another room to accommodate. She didn't give us a hard time or anything. The beds were comfortable and had enough pillows.

Was listed breakfast included which was a major factor in picking this place. Chairs and tables stacked up in the back corner of the lobby. Not even a coffee maker in the room.

Hotel needs some update... especially the peeling wallpaper and stained carpets. Website states they have breakfast, but no longer offers this, so that was disappointing, they need to update their website.

The beds were very comfortable, room was very spacious. Staff is nice and helpful when asked questions. We were upgraded to a suite because they did not have any handicapped rooms available, which was nice. Overall, was ok for my budget.

I killed 2 cock-roaches . They advertise a breakfast , But did not have one .. The flip lock on our door was broken. The mattresses were definitley old ..

booked a king and offered double beds. but it was only me. wallpaper is falling off the walls, place needs a Stanley steamer bath. the latch on the room door was broken, door did lock but put a chair in front of it, I was by myself. air conditioner had exposed wires.

There is no breakfast like listing says so they definitely need to do something about that. I dont care if they only have donuts, ceral & milk....at least have something if you are listing that u do. The carpet was dirty. It was muggy in my room. It need a lot of updates BUT it seems to be small family owned, so I understand that it may not be the best looking and I know it costs a lot to keep that big place up so I'm not complaining too much. BUT I'd say at least start by updated 2-5 rooms at a time! This hotel has potential. Bed felt great, sheets smelled fresh.

The knobs on the AC was missing couldn't control the temp to turn it on or off so it just ran randomly and house keeping never came to the room during my stay in room 217.

The Hotel was nice and clean and easy check in and out staff was helpful. The room was nice and nice size and the bathroom was nice and clean.

Our room was on the second floor, which is fine however as soon as you stepped off the elevator the wallpaper was peeling off the walls, looked like water damage, it was very muggy and always smelled (sometimes like cigarettes and sometimes other "things") in the hallway. Our room appeared nice however several lights didn't work, the outlets in the bathroom didn't work at all, there were stains on the window treatments, and the bathroom was so, so clean. I mean, it wasn't spotless but it wasn't nasty/life threatening either. The TP holder was off the wall. The very last day we were there while packing our bags I saw a bug (I'm pretty sure it was a roach but I'm NOT 100%) run across one of the beds. I stayed at this hotel years ago and it was very luxurious and cheaper. Very top-notch. I don't think $300 plus a refundable $60 deposit at check-in was equal to the room we had. It wasn't horrible but I won't stay there again if visit Savannah again. I am not a hotel snob either, I don't expect a luxury hotel for a roach motel price, but the room has to equal the price I pay.

The lobby is very artistic and pretty. The location is nice as it is surrounded by restaurants you can walk to.

There are bedskirts that are not very nice. I tripped several times over the corner because they don't stay put. The carpet could use a good cleaning in the rooms and the hallways.

The lobby is beautiful. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are nice and cozy. Over all, it's a nice hotel.
