The beds were smaller that looked on site. The room was not cleaned until after our 2 day stay the toilet we had to jiggle handle to make toilet from running. guy came to fix it around 6oclock the next day. They did not have enough staff. When i went to check in there was no one there . I had to go to motel 6 next to motel 8 and the lady running the front office there and hwas running the front office at motel 8.

Trash on the floor of the room. Toilet handle loose. Had to take back off toilet to get stopper to close. When it was almost done filling up, made some type of growling sound.

Right off the interstate but close enough to Hersheypark. Beautiful hotel lobby with a nice Christmas tree lit up.

Entrance has beautiful vaulted ceiling— total hot box. stifling air quality; no AC. Stairs need obvious vacuuming and rug needs steam cleaning. When I booked, it said breakfast included. “Super” long counter in lobby— no food. Toaster oven and microwave sitting there. Four foot side counter: “coffee and…””. Tub drain clogged.

The breakfast was coffee, juice and mini chocolate muffins. There was nothing else and no staff in the lobby in the morning. The occupant of room next door had their tv on during our entire stay and throughout the night which we could hear.

Our room that we originally got had toilet paper still in the toilet and the one bed(we always check them first) had fuzzies all over it and a hair and the sheets looked all wrinkled like some one already slept in it and they just made the bed over top it. The second room we kept because it was clean but it definetly smelled like someone smoked in it. It also stated that breakfast was included and I couldnt find anywhere that said it didn't serve it anymore. However, in the morning when we went down there wasn't breakfast at all. Not a huge deal but i wish they would remove it from the listing if it's not included anymore. We stayed here before and enjoyed it which is why we booked it again. I'm unsure if we will stay here again. Best part was the gentleman who checked us in and out. He was absolutely the nicest person.

The receptionist who checked us in was outstanding. He could not have been any nicer and have any better customer service skills. He deserves a raise.

No one at the front counter for check in. The carpet was dirty. A lot of dust. Advertised free breakfast but no breakfast at all. No even any hot coffee. Was very disappointed. That was why I chose to stay there and nothing. No one at front counter to check out. Just a drop box to put key in. I’ll never stay there again.

Bed was somewhat noisy and made loud creaking sounds. The TV was very low def, and only showed part of the expected image (heads cut off or events off to the side missing). Walls and floors are thin - I could hear the people above me walking around, and muffled talking from both them and the room next door.

Standard 2 bed room, a good amount of space, well maintained, very clean, had all the amenities advertised and they worked. The location suited my purposes. The rate was very good and the desk staff was helpful.

Lots of noise from neighboring rooms, ground floor did not seem safe due to high activity in parking lot, well into the night (people socializing at 1am)
