I wished that the room offered a small microwave. I stayed for 3 nights, I think someone should at least empty the trash and restock TP, coffee, and kleenex. When you are paying 200 a night, you should have better housekeeping.

The decor was eclectic and the rooms were really comfortable. I loved that there was room spray, liquid hand soap, and a great coffee station. The room was really clean. I met one of the owners and he was super friendly.

Alex was very nice, helpful and welcoming upon our arrival during the check-in. Location is great, close to the road with a view of the ocean, and close to Belfast. Price is reasonable for the location. Free parking in front of the room. Clean room, nicely decorated with taste. Amenities (refrigerator and A/C).

There is nothing not to like about the experience here.

Anyone that would stay here would immediately comment on how immaculate the facility is. It’s family run by lovely couple that lives on premise. I stayed in one of the freestanding cottages and it was like having my own house. The location is excellent for visiting midcoast Maine and it’s in the same town as Young’s lobster pound and convenient to all coastal towns. Great restaurants in town as well as nearby Camden. I enjoyed it so much I just booked it again for in next couple of weeks. After staying here, your standards will be raised whenever you see the word cottage. It is an unusual find. It has been put together with great thought and care. You will really experience being in Maine, which no chain can ever offer.

Beautifully decorated cottage and wonderful staff. We made good use of the record player in the room (office has a good collection of vinyls that can be borrowed), as well as the Solo fire pits. Everything was thoughtful with pleasant surprises. Not far from Belfast town where restaurants are, and we cooked in the kitchen as well.

Many cars and trucks driving by fast. In the evening, when it's dark, difficult to spot the court entry. But that didn't diminish our good time!

We love staying in motels and Seascape was great. Beautiful renovations, a very cool look and vibe, colors and decoration, ... Everything was clean and our hosts were easy to reach and to communicate with. Check-in worked fine, although we arrived late in the evening, everything was organized. Alex took some time to say hi the next day, very nice. Pool looked great, too. We had lunch in front of our room, watched some tennis and were also easily and fast in Belfast. We would definitely come again!

This wonderful property far exceeded our expectations!! Alex and Molly have created a well appointed, beautiful and thoughtful retreat! Record players and a library of LPs for your pleasure and an outdoor fire pit were lovely extra touches. The rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious, clean and comfortable. The swimming pool is a fabulous added bonus !! Highly recommend!!

The hotel room and bathroom were small, not a problem for an overnight stay but get one of the cottages if you're concerned about space.

This is a really nice redesign of an old motel and cottage complex, with fun extra touches like portable record players and a vinyl collection, a fire pit and interesting snacks for sale.

There was nothing that we didn't like.

What can I say. EXCEPTIONAL. EXCELLENT. WONDERFUL. SUPERB, SURPASSED EXPECTATIONS. Booked the two bedroomed cottage for myself and a friend for three nights - we would have been happy to stay for three months .......... wow. It was beautiful. The owner, Alex, checked us in and gave us all the info we needed for our stay. Parking right outside the cottage door. The cottage was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed (and more). Fully equipped kitchen (hope you got those scissors, Alex - lol) clean and well thought-out. Excellent bathroom with an automatic night light - great touch. Comfortable beds - two singles in one room, a double in the other. Some games provided along with a retro record player with LPs available from the office. I can't praise this place enough! Oodles of room for two and plenty of room for a family. I could go on and on but I think you get the idea. We loved it. Highly highly recommended.

It’s on highway one a couple of miles from downtown- you need to drive to destinations.

The personal touch- from the welcome by Alex to the extensive LP collection for your record layer in your room, to the fire pits etc this is a property where the owners are present and welcoming at all time. You’ll love it.

The air conditioner in my room was effective but a bit loud when starting up.

The look and feel of the place was very appealing with the color scheme chosen for the buildings. Everything was clean and appeared as new. The beds were comfy and when showering there was plenty of hot water.

Location is on busy 2 lane road so traffic noise during the day. Did not disrupt our sleep.

Loved the cottage, very well equipped including for morning coffee/tea, very clean and comfortable. Very close to Belfast. Great fire pit area. Owners are fantastic and very available for any needs.

There was literally nothing that could have been improved!

They have made this place special with all the little touches. There were campfire pits, but also included a book of prompts in rooms to tell stories by the fire; wicker baskets full of warm drinks, local magazines, and toiletries that may have been forgotten. They also have a collection of records that you may borrow to play on a record player in your room. They have thought of all the things and are welcoming, kind hosts.
