Beautiful setting, very comfortable beds and lovely room. Very nice outdoor space and pool and the hotel did not feel like it was in the heart of town. All staff extremely friendly and helpful.

It would be nice to have a dedicated walkway/path to/from the main street. If you don't use the golf cart ride, you have to walk up and down the steep driveway and navigate the cars. Also, for a pet friendly hotel, there isn't much area for pets to go the bathroom.

Our room was great! Our balcony looked onto the creek, which was very nice. The location was very convenient to walk to shops and restaurants on the main street. Nice cozy sitting areas.

You need more shelves in the bathroom. Add one to both sides of the sink and another one in the shower. When you come for several days to a week you like to leave some of your items out on a shelf and not on the vanity counter.

Perfect location for access to the uptown shops. Amazing views of the red rocks from the resort. Our King bed was amazing and the pillows were perfect.

Bathroom was clearly designed by a man: Zero counter space. Toilet paper was unreachable for most women. AC was noisy and was set to one speed.

Amazing location. Fantastic restaurant. Lovely pool and hot tub. Great staff. Even better valet. Bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Big TV.

Only issue we could see was a safer way to walk up the hill to the Main Street. The road is winding with blind curves, and no sidewalk for pedestrians. They do offer a golf cart shuttle, but if you walk the short distance it can be dangerous.

Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful property in a great location. Our room had a patio overlooking the creek with great views and lots of wildlife. Valet parking was easy, our car was ready whenever we needed it.

It's a small property so doesn't have a lot of shared space to hang out in but the garden/ pool area is everything. Something very endearing about the place and the staff are superb.

The food was good at the restaurant, but I wished the menu was a bit more expanded by a dish or two, especially since there was not of option if someone has food limitations.

I loved the facilities, location in the city, where it is close to everything, but tucked away that you got quiet in the evening. I thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to view the night sky, and the staff was very informative, kind, and helpful.
