Absolutely loved Everything, the beautiful property is nestled in the heart of Red Rock country with a picturesque view of Cathedral rock. It was an absolute breathtaking sight to enjoy every day during our stay. There was no expense spared when it came to the luxury of the room, double shower head with on demand heated water, towel warmer, WiFi,tv, music in the room to the sleep number bed and beautiful tub. This with 3 large picture windows of Cathedral Rock. The rest of the property boasted the surrounding area with art from all over Sedona and Az. The hosts Kathy and Larry were our private tour guides directing us to all the dining, hiking, shopping, and other entertainment we inquired about. The breakfast everyday was amazing and we were able to choose what we wanted. The breakfast the property and the host are the reflection of the beautiful city of Sedona, I will never stay anywhere else but here when we visit again!

Not a thing!

The setting was gorgeous! Our room looked right out on Cathedral Rock. The home was beautiful and our accommodations were comfortable and every need was considered from a sleep number bed to a spa tub and towel warmer among other amenities. Lush vegetation all around. Hosts Kathy and Larry were amazing! So personable and gracious. Breakfasts to die for. Hated to leave!

I have a weakness for chocolate and similar treats. It was ever present both in the kitchen and our room. The temptation was too great and I over did it. The more I ate, the more I wanted.

Best bed I have ever slept in. Beautiful view. Breakfast just fantastic with all the healthy but tasty choices. I even learned how to cook the perfect fried egg getting the yolk done without flipping it over.

Everything was perfect, you won't want to leave haha

The room was spacious and had an amazing view, the bed was so comfortable and the bathroom had all the amenities. The property has wonderful views all around, and it's pretty close to a hiking trail. But what really made our stay special was the warmth and attention to detail that Kathy and Larry have. They were very informative and helpful with their recommendations, and their breakfast was delicious! They are very sweet and welcoming people. You can tell they are really passionate about Sedona and what they do. They really did think of all the details to make our stay a special one!

I can't complain about anything. Everything we needed was provided for and then some--even a late evening ice cream sundae! Our hosts were knowledgeable about the area and provided a few great local tips.

The breakfasts were custom made for us each morning and they were spectacular! My wife is high vegan and I'm a meat lover and our hosts were able to accommodate both of our tastes and needs. The location is really fabulous and the views are to die for. It was easy to find the house and parking was a breeze.

There was not one single thing I didn't like about this stay..

One of the grandest bed and breakfast I've ever stayed at. The host Larry and Kathy were absolutely amazing. Every need was attended to and we were pampered. Each morning a gourmet breakfast's made to order were fabulous.

Location was very convenient to shuttle and a very short drive to uptown. Room was spacious and panorama views of cathedral rock. Breakfast is very good and so many extra touches that make your stay memorable. These hosts go out of their way and are available to give you directions or advice on restaurants, hikes or tours. Will come back and stay here again!

The little candy bars in our room were not from a fresh batch, but that was easily fixed. It bothered my husband more because everything was so perfect that he wanted the owners to know about it so they could fix the problem for the next guests.

The breakfasts were amazing! Not only did they have a binder full of pictures of the types of breakfasts choices we had, but we could also combine items. They also have wonderful chocolate bits on the kitchen counter and we were welcome to also use their ice cream whenever we wanted. We never did, but it was nice to know that it was available. The owners are super friendly and nice. We felt welcome and at home while away from home. The night sky was beautiful and the drive from the B7B to the Sedona downtown area is easy to do and not far at all. If we come back to Sedona we'd love to stay there again! We stayed in the upstairs room and the view of the Cathedral Rocks was amazing!

Location is quiet and relaxing, but it does require a drive to get to restaurants and other attractions in town. The road can be a bit harrowing after dark (it's paved, but curvy), so drive carefully.

Probably the best B&B suite and view you will ever find. Two large picture windows with views of Cathedral Rock. Large bathroom with double shower, whirlpool tub and double sinks.

We have stayed in many B&Bs all over the US and Europe, this one is at the top of our list overall. The location was excellent, on a quiet and easy to reach road just outside the busy parts of Sedona. And the scenery was amazing, with hiking trails right there. Our room was a very large and extremely well appointed suite with a panoramic views, with everything we needed, and more. The breakfasts were prepared every morning by owners Kathy and Larry, after we custom ordered from their wide variety of delicious options. Their personal touch was everywhere, we will definitely stay with them again next time we are in Sedona.

Kathy & Larry were exceptional hosts. They made us feel like the B&B was also our home. Breakfasts were custom to our liking and delicious. The room had a beautiful view and excellent amenities. The location was also walking distance from Crescent Moon Park which has beautiful landscaping, a creek, and tons of hiking trails
