Far drive from the national parks. The floors were kind of dusty; felt them under our feet. We’re used to not wearing shoes indoors.

The drainage in the shower wasn't too good, and the stream of water from the shower wasn't very strong.

We stayed in one of the houses and loved it. The comfortable bed and high ceilings were particularly enjoyable. The house overall was very cozy, and the amenities were great. The kitchen was well-equipped with anything you might need. The surrounding area was beautiful, offering opportunities for walks to the lake. We especially enjoyed the terrace with the grill. Additionally, we appreciated the option to do laundry. Also, just FYI, there are a lot of cats around, so if you don't like them, be prepared – we loved hanging out with them, so it was a positive for us :)

Went for a bike ride. They were not the best. We were told that they wanted to upgrade the bikes. We tried to use what they had but at the end it wasn’t working out. Also, boat wasn’t operable. Not a dealbreaker but was looking forward to it.

Beautiful, peaceful, quiet. The seclusion was the best. Takes almost an 45mins to an hour to get to the nearest town.

This was such a peaceful property. We were there for a quiet New Year's weekend and we got exactly what we were hoping for. The surrounding area and "lake" on the property were pretty even if it was a little bleak in January. However, the wood burning stove in the cabin, well-equipped kitchen and comfortable furnishings made it the perfect winter getaway for us and our two dogs.

The room was smaller than we thought from the pictures and the refrigerator could have been bigger. There are no restaurants close to the resort so we had to bring all our food with us hence the need for a bigger refrigerator.

The resort was very well kept & cared for by the managers. The room was smaller than we thought based on the pictures, but very comfortable once we figured out how to turn the heater on. The managers were very helpful with suggestions and directions to places we hadn't considered visiting but did thanks to their input. We really enjoyed the resident cats. They made our stay much nicer just by watching & playing with them. On the day of our departure, one cat even sat on the roof of our car as if to say "We're not letting you leave here. Stay with us & play some more."

The only thing can be improve is that should be more paper towels and a sponge to wash the dishes in the kitchen and mire paper rolls in the bathrooms. Also we needed a blender and we couldn’t find it.

We liked the location. How quiet and peaceful is there. Also we liked that outside was clean and very safe to stay there. The cabin was pretty clean and very spacious Services inside the cabin were excellent.

about half of the plugs in the kitchen didn't work but It wasn't too big of a deal. One section of the main road to the sequoia national park (245) was closed when we were there which added a 15mn detour to get there, again, not a big deal.

The place is beautiful in quite resort with a beautiful terraces and protected parking. The beds were very confortable and the kitchen was reasonably well equipped (dishwasher, oven, pots and pans...). The internet worked great with great speed for 6 people connected. (go starlink!)

Shabby paintwork on the outside of the house, very wobbly wooden steps down to the house from the parking spot. Balustrade on the deck very wobbly - don't lean on it!! Having said that, these items sort of add to the rustic charm of the place so wouldn't unduly mark them down. But guys you might be wise to do some winter maintenance 😉

Location on a 400 acre site, The wildlife and lake with rowing boats foc for guests. Nice friendly welcome from Joseph Spacious well equipped accommodation being in house2 great views from the deck. Used the BBQ. Friendly kitties 😻 Peaceful - just heavenly

The road to get to the property, highway 245, is atrocious. It is extremely windy and not in the best of states. At times you will crawl at 10 mph around corners. Take your time! Plan in 30 to 60 minutes extra to reach your destinations. This is not an issue with the accommodation but needs to be taken into account.

The reception at the property was very friendly. Laundry service was complimentary. There was lots of space inside and outside the house and the facilities were great. Some friendly local cats paid us a visit. There were plenty of birds in the garden and a deck invited us to bbq.

Weak internet quality, but it is expected in such a place.

Super friendly staff, services on the resort including free laundry. Full equipped houses. Private lake with free available boats. The place itself and the location that is close to both parks.

Great location for visiting the giant Sequoia trees. Lovely woodland location and a spacious cabin for 2, with slightly dated decor but made for a comfortable stay with just about everything we needed to cater for ourselves

The room could have been cleaner. The floor was quite dirty and also under the bed. The lighting in the room was all artificial and was difficult to get some natural light in as the shutter curtain was broken.

Very relaxing and peaceful location. Very friendly and helpful host. Well equipped kitchen and very comfortable bed. Laundry was also free to use! Wifi was also good. Water pressure for shower was very strong! Cute little kitties wandering about on the property!
