The overall decor of the hotel does not live up to what is expected at a Sheraton or Marriott hotel. The room was noisy, as if there was a mechanical unit directly above it.

The room was clean but not exceptional. Dinner was good and the waiter was exceptionally friendly. Breakfast buffet was okay. The valet parking was done well.

No toilet paper available in the bathroom. The some of the safety stripes in the tub were missing, which made the tub slippery. No coffee

Parking was minimal and outside. Couldn't check in till quite late and baggage room left unlocked and unattended.

Valet parking was full. Not a lot of spaces available to meet the demands of the hotel guests.

Location was great. Easy to access Downtown. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Lot's to choose from. Beautiful room with a very comfortable bed.

I had requested extra pillows for an upright sleeper with a medical condition when I made the reservation and was notified I had to request on check-in, which i did. We waited an hour in our room and no one came. I called and requested again. We waited another hour and no one came. Finally we left and returned 6 hours later and still no pillows. I had to sleep sitting up in the hard chair/ottoman on one of my two nights!! I called again the next morning and again the pillows never came! Finally I waylaid a housekeeper in the hall and she gave me some from the room she was preparing. Pretty sad service when 4 requests gets you nothing by the afternoon of the 2nd day. Also we had planned to use the car on day 2 to drive around and see the sights but could not move it because the valet parking was totally full by 11 am and if we moved our car we would have to walk to a local parking garage. For $29 a day you should have lots more room!

Check in was easy and there is a park just across to walk our little dog. The trolley stops just outside so if you don't want to walk to Beale you can still be there in 10 minutes. The bed and linens were comfy (when I got to use it, see below)

The hallway leading to my room had a smell of cigarettes, the bathtub in my room was peeling, and there was unsatisfying smell on my the sheets of my daughters bed, and on the floor near her bed. When I called room service to request another set of pillows and sheets I got no answer.

The restaurant inside of the Sheraton was nice. The food and drink was pretty good

Parking and price to park. $30 per day. The garage is shared with a convention center. It is difficult to get to your vehicle. I self.parked but valets weren't helpful with any info on parking. I.also purchased breakfast in my rate. However, we didn't get to have breakfast. The wait was over 40 min. Kitchen was backed up, And even though I showed them the confirmation and breakfast included, my room # never showed up on the list. I even told a manager at check in. The excuse was that they usually don't get the info from 3rd party booking. So I paid for something I never got. There were signs for a pool but no pool. Also the club on 19th floor was closed.

We had a corner room that was really nice and intimate. Loved the location of our room. We were confused about parking and ended up using valet parking which wasn't bad just unexpected.

Your valet staff were scammers! As I pulled up to the front, I was greeted with "I'll park your car." When asked if the services were included in the stay, I was told "no, but if you give me $40, I'll put a sticker in your window and you can come and go as you like without paying the $30/night."

The staff/management. First, the agent lied about charges that were gonna be incidentals, and it wounded up being payment for my whole stay. (600.00) Then, when the attention was brought to management, she never got back to me. Asked if I needed to go somewhere because she needed time to handle the issue, and I could get back with her because she wasn't going anywhere. Upon my arrival back, she was not there, and the front desk agents couldn't find her. I told them no problem because it was late, so I left my number for her to get back with me. Day passed with no call, and night had fallen, and it wasn't until coming back from an event that I saw her, and she spoke, then kept going!? Stunned that she did this after our encounter, I simply asked, "Did you figure out what happened? She then proceeded to assist me with my issue. All that to say, she could've simply told me that she wasn't able to help and explain why she couldn't!? Instead, she ignored me TWICE and made me feel like my issue didn't matter AT ALL!!? Sad because the room was nice and most of the staff was extremely pleasant. If not for the encounters with this particular front desk agent and manager, it would've been a 10 stay!! I'm glad I had a few hundred in pocket money because my trip and Memphis experience would've been truly hindered....

I like the cleanliness and the refreshing of the rooms daily. The location was great for a walker like myself. Walked to many good eateries that were only 5-10 minutes away, and great museums which were only 20 minutes away as well. Didn't even have a problem walking 20 plus minutes to the great Butterrific Bakery!

Overall, my room was great with a very comfortable bed. I liked the walk-in shower, and toiletries. However, the bathroom made it evident that the hotel may kind of be an older build. But, I didn’t mind it because it was still clean and nice.

The staff was friendly and awesome, clean facilities, and located downtown. I felt comfortable and enjoyed my stay.
