Breakfast was good but expensive. Almost double than other places that were in walking distance.

The location was almost perfect for the Waikiki area. Short walk to multiple malls and plenty of food options right down the street.

Our room was upgraded which we we're appreciative of but the room itself was next to the service elevators, which we heard all night and on one day there was drilling work being done at 7am! Also for the cost of the room we would have expected there to have been bodywash included in the bathroom.

Location was great, bed was comfortable and the staff were very friendly. We were also provided with a room upgrade and drink voucher upon our arrival as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary.

Bathrooms are outdated. Air con was noisey. Pillows were very uncomfortable in both rooms we had.

My stay was for guests from Japan. My one complaint, your toilets were not of the Japanese variety. "Washlet style" My guest from Japan aren't use to using toilet paper. Whereas my hotel next door (Hyatt Regency Waikiki - Penthouse Suite) had Washlet toilets.

Room cleanliness could be improved. Rooms are dated and need updating. Rooms are small and don't have enough towel bars and hooks for hanging towels, swimsuits, etc.

Amazing location. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping, and just about anything else in Waikiki. Hotel staff was great.

Pool was ICE cold and closed at 7pm. The only vegan option at the pool bar/cafe was hotchips. No room service. Room was tiny. No kettle, just a drip coffee maker.

Close to the beach and shops etc Room was ok, ocean view was not as depicted, it was to the side of big hotel in front.

very dated. it’s not called the Sheraton anymore which was super confusing for us when we arrived as it’s been bought out. we got put on the 27th floor which was a bit overwhelming as we are both terrified of heights!! the rooms are incredibly small also. we got told we were ‘upgraded’ so would hate to see how small regular rooms were

some areas were outdated. We had to move rooms since we added a night, but that was fine. The second room was above the garbage dump of the facility, so we could smell it.

we liked the resort amenities, including entertainment and activities, such as yoga. The location was perfect, being close to the beach, dining options, and the main shopping strip.

It was pretty loud at night and we could never tell what exactly it was. It sounded like a UFO was hovering outside our window on the 21st floor. It came and went though thank goodness. Didn't like the top linen/weird comforter. Time to upgrade to a Keurig. Kind of thought the food prices were a bit outrageous. A $30 waffle?

The most friendly & helpful staff I've ever encountered, beautiful grounds/pool area. Pillows were divine. Absolutely great location. The splash bar/restaurant had very good food. Large balcony. Hawaiian tropics shampoo, conditioner and lotions!

Only disappointment is that there was not a microwave in the room.

The location is great. We were walking distance to the beach and able to lounge at the pool to have drinks. It was great to charge our meals to our room. Also, housekeeping was accommodating when I did not need our room to be cleaned and if I needed something late at night they would bring it to our room.

The front desk staff were not exceptionally friendly. It would have been nice to have had an indoor restaurant onsite at which to eat. (It was raining throughout our stay.) My husband expressed that parking upon arrival was somewhat inconvenient.

The bell staff was very friendly and helpful, letting us know where to go for good food and how to get there. The hotel location is good for restaurants and local entertainment.

bathrooms- no exhaust fan and bathtub plug didn’t work properly. washing line was broken in one (we had 2 rooms).

the price I paid for the room was mainly for sea view because the room itself was lacking. the shower kept leaking and the furniture is very dated. needs a renovation!
