Advertised pool, but pool is closed. On site restaurant also closed. Entire property feels neglected, shabby, has a dead vibe.

Location on Nye Beach, and walking distance from parks and nye district is great. Just over a mile from oregon coast aquarium and rogue brewery as well. Room itself is fine.

The parking garage was difficult for a bigger SUV style vehicle. I don’t recommend this hotel if you have to park in the parking garage because a low vehicle would sustain damage very easily.

Mildew in bathtub, rust from where toilet leaked, beat up heater, noisy fridge, loose carpet that wrinkles under your feet as you walk. Restaurant/cafe not open anymore.

Mold above the shower on the ceiling. Mini window screen missing and my kids could fit through. They could have climbed out the window and fallen. You can hear every noise (even walking shook the room). The hallway floor was uneven and tilted towards the rooms. The swimming pool was in another building. The pool had no railing to hold onto while getting in.

Property is seriously dated - in fact some of the other buildings in the complex are closed. That extends to the room, with its dated furniture, fixtures, sink, microwave, yadda yadda yadda. All that stuff looks like it hasn't been touched since the 1980s. The shower is nice and hot but the pressure was awful and the room itself wasn't exactly spotless. Towels and toilet paper are bare bones. Pool has a layer of scuzz on the bottom. The Fitness center and restaurant were not open at all. Room was not the biggest. If you're OK with very very basic accommodations, the place is probably fine, but it does feel like it's been forgotten.

Decently sized room with a surprisingly comfortable bed (and pillows) in a pretty good location. For one, the view of the ocean from the room is great, and the beach is just a few steps away down a staircase. The walk to Nye Beach is easy - where there are lots of food options - and parking at the hotel is convenient. The microwave and fridge are a nice touch. The front desk staff and maintenance (yep, the hair dryer didn't work) were exceptionally nice and went out of their way to be helpful, so 5 stars there.

I didn’t like the property. I felt it needs a lot of maintenance. very outdated. I was not impressed at all. I was expecting a bar and restaurant, which is no longer there. From the booking it wasn’t the room I thought we going to get.

The pool was not clean at all. towels to rent for the pool was $10 and you have to bring them back. dirty towels you put in the hallway and then to get clean ones you pick them up at the front desk. there is no room service.

the parking garage driveway was very steep my car bottoms out and the hallways and lobby was really run down the the magnet that locked the outside door was rusted so it didn’t lock so there was people who was not a guest in the bottom floor of the building

No TV/channel info in the room. The quality of the TV picture was pretty bad. The room was very humid. Carpet was slightly damp around the bed. Not enough towels or soap in the room. Had to request more. No place, except the floor, to put luggage. We tried to check in early and were told the room wasn't ready but they would call when it was. We never received a call and just went to check in at regular time and it was ready. Was disappointed to find the restaurant closed. Website should be updated to show it not open. Was also disappointed to find there is no hot tub. Most places with pools have hot tubs too. Window sill was crumbling due to rot. Holes in the tub. Definitely needed some maintenance.

The view was spectacular! The staff were very friendly! The room was big and we really enjoyed the small table and chairs by the window! The kitchen area and nice sized refrigerator were a wonderful bonus! Enough luggage carts! Parking garage.

Out dated and could really use some upgrades! one of the window latches in our room was completely missing. we noticed some black mold under our bathroom sink, there was also a bug in the sink when we arrived.

Location was fairly convenient to to hwy 101. close to food as well as the days plans. The beach view from our room was a definite 10.

The hotel is showing its age, and dirty. The stairwell look like they have not been cleaned for quite some time. Bed actually leaned and was not flat, felt like I would roll out of bed.

It needs updated painted door knobs fixed just minor things. There was a lot of homeless sleeping in the under ground parking area kinda creepy!

There wasn't enough parking. The room was old and dingy. There was rust all over the top of the heater under the window. The bathroom door was so loud it would wake the dead - like the hinge was broken or something. The room had only two towels and there were two girls who needed a towel for our body and one for our heads. The beds were not comfortable. The carpet in the hallway was stained. The restaurant was closed. It just looked really run-down in general.

The hotel was right on the beach and made it easy to go out to the beach without driving. There were lots of restaurants close by. The view from the room was great.

We traveled with our dog. We stayed on the 3 rd floor. Elevator was broken. The stairs were a lot to manage with our luggage and the dog. And there were massive stairs down to the beach! But hey they had a nice beach! Restaurants associated with property were closed and had for lease signs on them.

Ocean front view! I’d never seen the ocean at night and it was beautiful. Our room was on the third floor so an expansive view.
