Clerk who checked us in was rude. The elevator didn't work well but we used the stairs for exercise. I was on the 5th floor

The pool was a blast. I ate at the grill and the hostess was sweet w food excellent. Amazing beautiful room. Bathroom was glamorous

The pillows could have been better. I struggled to get them shaped to support my head. My wife loved them though.

I've stayed in many Hotel/Casinos and this one was the cleanest and best of all. It was clean, it did not have a smell about it. the rooms were large and comfortable. The Staff was always friendly and smiling. We had a problem with our door lock the second night and the staff promptly took care of the issue and made our stay wonderful.

I booked the room for someone else and put in all their info as the guest, so they would have no problem checking into the room. After traveling all day, he was ready to get checked in and relax. However, for some reason, the hotel said they didn't have his info and would not let him check in. So he had to wait 6 hours until I got off work to drive 45 min there, to take care of this, and didn't get checked in until after 9 pm. I had to drive an hour and a half round trip, just to show them my ID to get him checked in. I didn't receive my email confirmation from the hotel itself until 2 days after the stay, so I couldn't just send the email to show him as the guest. This was very inconvenient for everyone involved. I felt the staff did not care at all and didn't even attempt to look into it. A simple phone call and she could have found out, and why the confirmation email from the hotel was sent after the stay, I don't know. This confusion on the hotel side made this stay a horrible experience. And what if I wouldn't have been close enough to drive there to show my idea. He wouldn't have been able to check in at all and would have been charged still. I made sure he was listed as the guest, so why it wasn't showing on their end, I don't know, but this needs to be addressed so guest in the future do not have the issues we had. On my confirmation, he is listed, if only they would have sent it before the stay and not after I could have showed the staff that.

The room was clean and nice and the bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed the hottub.

The dinner buffet was small not a lot to choose from. We choose not to have breakfast there. Black out curtain is not wide enough to cover the hole window so sun light was coming through early in the morning.
