The tub and the sink faucet and handles were very old and not so clean. We thought we asked for a handicap rm, so the wheelchair was tight. We could have switched, but we were not there much!

I liked being able to get to my car easily. The bed was very comfortable

The breakfast was not the best. We got to breakfast before 7 and the oatmeal was very thick like it had been sitting there since yesterday. And the pastries were gross. The omelet and sausage were good, though. There was also an odor like rotten garbage…maybe they were near a landfill? It was strong near the entrance, but it smelled okay inside. It was just a turnoff to smell that before walking into the lobby.

The room was a comfortable size, and the bed was comfortable. It was also quieter than expected. We were far enough from the Highway that th traffic was not disturbing.

Bathroom needs updating. There was something wrong with the room next to mine. There was a towel outside smelling like bleach.

I have stayed here before and the establishment shows signs of not being well maintained. There were big areas of broken tiles in common areas, one elevator did not work the entire time of my stay, one exterior door was broken. Carpeting appears to be very dirty. Front desk staff was pleasant but the maid service personnel were noncommunicative. While this is the time of COVID, rooms did not appear to be serviced while I was there. A little attention to maintenance would make the property show so much better.

How often do you clean the rugs? An odor like a gymnasium in the elevator. The exaggerated claim about you wanting me being happy was not honored at the desk. They did not want to reduce room rate as I was not happy with the facilities.

Booked by agent- got to hotel guarantee says “I will be happy” / I was not - pool closed - one elevator not functioning - breakfast quite poor - price high. Carpet in room sticky and hand towels above toilet used and put in place pre-my use…

Regrettably the pool was closed for maintenance. Yet that didn’t affect the quality of our stay or plans.

The place was attractive and well maintained, and our room was even better than advertised. And the complementary breakfast was very extensive and filling, with a conscientious staff, and comfortable, spacious seating to eat.

THE BIGGEST ISSUE- SECURITY. The back entrance to the hotel had a sign indicating that a key was required to enter. WRONG! It was an unlocked door into the hotel and it was right by our room. The front desk clerk said it is always unlocked regardless of the sign. When I asked if it can be locked as it is advertised, he said no, that it would remain unlocked and they have never had any issues. As a crime victim, I was alarmed. I am scheduled to come back in 2 weeks and I will not be returning to this hotel.

We loved Destiny, the front desk clerk on duty. She went way beyond what was expected to help us out including bringing our bags to the room and helping us order dinner through door dash. She was great.

The facilities were not great value for money. As someone who travels extensively for business, I felt that this hotel was more in line with 'motel' standards and as part of the Hilton group was very disappointed.

I don't think there was anything about the hotel stay I could positively give.
