Motel feel to it; as if it was an old motel they try to convert into a hotel. Old building walls and hallway carpets need updating. Small bathroom area and tight space between toilet and shower. Our shower had a huge gap between the door and wall, so water was everywhere after using it. Thin doors and walls we could hear everything and people talking in the halls and next room. Side note: after checking in and getting ready to park and beinf out luggage in we saw a car pull in. The people in it got out to smoke and look around the parking lot then drove off after. Made it feel sketchy, although nothing happened we were a bit concerned.

Comfortable beds and pillow. Had refrigerator and microwave. Front desk person was friendly and kind. Good water pressure.

Some guests put trash cans in the hallway during the night. Fruits in breakfast aren’t fresh.

Courteous staff—front desk, room services ladies, and breakfast service ladies are all polite and helpful. Hot water and tea and coffee are24/7. Microwave and refrigerator are included in the room and they are clean.

The clerk at check in gave me a lecture about why I still had to show my Drivers License, even though I checked in online though a text message they sent me. I didn't need a lecture. Just wanted to know what was the point of checking in if I still had to dig out my drivers license.

The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was much better than expected, with eggs, potatoes, waffle mix and waffle maker. The coffee was even good! The staff at breakfast was very quick at refilling the food.

The carpet in my room had mileage on it, but that's not really a negative because I'm sure it's a busy hotel. I could hear traffic noise because the location is adjacent to I-25, but with the AC or fan on to drown out noise I still slept very well.

Breakfast was very good with various options. My bed was incredibly comfortable. I loved the design of the shower in my room.

At night time the area became a little sketchy.

I really liked the fact that they were able to accommodate me immediately following a sudden cancellation at another hotel. Their facility was nice & clean & beds were really comfortable.

The pillows were uncomfy and we ended up purchasing pillows for our stay! That was the only complaint we had!

The location was close to restaurants and activities. It was also close to the interstate, so it made getting around easy. Also, great location to be able to access the light rail for attending the event we came to Denver for.

Payed for a later stay till 1pm housekeeper came by at 9am and noon to clean the room,so no communication between office and housekeeping saying that room would stay later plus we put do not disturb on door

We checked in on weekend and nobody told us breakfast ends 9 am on week days. At beginning they told us it ends at 10 am. When we get there she is already cleaning up and rushing even she didn't give us whatever was still there very rush customer service lady at breakfast

This one is a hard one to answer because my wife and I liked our stay with you.

We could not smell pot like we did the night before at a competitor hotel even though they had a sign up that said no smoking any any kind to include weed. Your hotel was very clean staff looked and acted professionally. My dad owned several hotel in the 70's and I always take note of the little things when I travel. My wife and I were very pleased with your hotel and would stay with you again next time we travel to Denver. We booked two nights in Denver and we wished we would have booked both nights with your hotel.
