We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe shampoo and conditioner in the shower aren't personal bottles, they're bottles mounted to the wall, and you don't know who used them last. Also, there was a blood stain I found on the sheet, it was definitely very old and had obviously been washed MULTIPLE times since the exposure, but it was still an ugly sight to see.
All of the staff was pleasant, some of the staff was great. Overall cleanliness was good and it was a pretty quiet, relaxing stay. My room was spacious, neat and functional. It had all of the basic hotel necessities. Also, a huge bonus for being pet friendly.

United StatesAt first the location seemed poor, but we found a great restaurant within walking distance with really tasty food. A lot of locals and suitable for families. Also gas stations nearby. Very comfy rooms with a wonderful breakfast with little waffles that hotel workers made for you. Clean rooms and a great bathroom and comfy pillows.
