The remote in our room didn't work so the TV was stuck on one channel all night.

The front desk staff was very nice and informational. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was near a few different restaurant options which was nice!

The whole experience!!

Hotel was not what I am use to staying at, but was about to run out of Gas from being lost, and putting us further from our destination, in the middle of the morning. After getting gas, I google the closest hotel near me and went there. Got there at 2 am, went to my room went to bed and was gone by 9 or 930. 2 days later my card was charged for smoking in the room. Never smoked in that room not once, was too tired and did not want to drive 3 hours home. Was sent to corporate to speak to someone that could not help me. This hotel scams and lie to take your money . Other family that we were was charged as well, but more.I will never stay there again or any Choice hotel. Times is to hard to have your money stolen and to have false accusations , put on you that you didn’t even do. Hotel chairs are really dirty, room already had a smell, walls are pealing, and sheets had spots on them and dingy!! I am a professional, and wanted to enjoy ourselves at a festival on Saturday, and ended my weekend very disappointed.

This place has a staff full of scammers and liars Not to be trusted

NOTHING - - - Was charged an additional $150 for smoking and I don't even smoke my friend was charged an additional $50 and she doesn't smoke either! Hotel workers are scammers, customer service was POOR and I will never stay at a Choice Hotel / Sleep Inn again and will share with everyone I know.

they are lazy got there the elevator smelled horrible the wet floor sign was hanging from the rails get back in the elevator the cart is in there wake up the next morning the elevator is still in the same exact condition with the same cart in there the bed was extremely hard she changed my room from handicap accessible which I rather have because it’s more room the showers were dirty I mean literal dirt stains

I booked this hotel because it was in the area of my daughters college . I booked 2 rooms at the hotel my mom an grandma stayed in one together. The first room they were in the ended up having to move because they said it smelled musky an it had a lot of dusk on the furnitures. So the front desk clerk moved them . The second room they moved in had bed bugs . My mom ended up killing one she saw an she took it down stairs and showed the front desk clerk . My mom said there were other guest in the lobby so the front desk clerk was talking low I guess she didn’t want them to know what was going on . Just nasty an disgrace the need to clean up an get those bed bugs treated. They ended up just charging for one night but they should of given us all the money back we paid. The room me an my husband an kids stayed in the toilet water keep running an overflowing . I tried using the hotels room phone the phone Jack kept coming out so I ended up having to call the front desk off my cell phone . So they ended up moving me the second room they moved us in the next day my daughter who is 18 years old went to use the bathroom when she flushed the toilet the water was rising very high . So I called the front desk the clerk has the nerves to ask me if I wanted to come get a plunger. I said no I don’t work here she stated well the maintenance person isn’t here. . So something told me to go back an check to see if the toilet was overflowing an of course it was . The water had already came all over the carpet . So I went downstairs the front desk attendant was on the phone With the manager I spoke with her . She was very pleasant an she said she would give me my money back for 1 night . An she asked me not to do a bad review. I wasn’t going to but I had to the bed bugs was the last draw. . This was the worst weekend ever I will never stay here ever again . PLEASE STAY AWAY BED BUGS FLOODED TOILETS DUSTY ROOMS
