For an extended stay hotel certain thing needs to be better. Kitchen was short on things. There was only on drinking glass. One bowl and only one plate. Stayed 9 days and there were no dish or anything to wash the few dish in dish washer. The silverware was very cheap. Appears they came a yard sale, being sold after sitting in attic the past 100+ years. When I first arrived they were a few bottles of soft drinks in huge cooler. Next day? None and was never refilled. Coffee? Had much coffee but ran out of sugar, cream and other items for coffee. Lids were to big for cups. The front desk, was not manned 24 hours per day. 95% of the time during 9 days I could not find anyone to ask or report a problem. Room was very clean but service was bad. No recommendations for food but they seriously pushed for GRUBHUB. Outrageous to pay 35.95 to pizza delivery by grubhub when here at home is 21.99 for same item. Plus grubhub automatically place driver’s tips at 20%, sometimes high.

The room should already have the sheets and pillows in the room for the sofa bed. They need a broom and mop in the front closet for the room. There was no dish soap in the room. The air conditioner did not work and was replaced.

It was spacious and clean. The counter space was nice for my computer and books so that I could do a business meeting. The staff was nice. I love how close the hotel was to the free way.

I believe that because I went through a third party (booking.com) I was given a lesser desirable room. My headboard backed up to the laundry facility …noisy and vibrating until 9pm.

Convenient location. The room was clean and met my needs. Staff were friendly.

The whole idea of incidentals feels like flying on Frontier. You reserve the room at a given price, then when you checkin, they add $100 for extras in advance. Extra Hour past checkout? $25. Now, I totally get the adds and I understand the charges. Now the cliffhanger starts to see what I'll get back in 4 business days. Just like Frontier, when you get used to the game and you can trust they will do the accounting correctly, it is fine. But it is a different experience than a Residence inn checkin.

Rarely come to this neck of the woods and never heard of this hotel. Great location, big rooms and kitchens.

When I pulled up with my girlfriend there was a crowd outside smoking in the front entrance. I end up locating a side entrance to walk through

Only complaint would be to put air freshener in the rooms. Needs a little freshening up

Phone in rooms and in entrance are no longer operational. Why have them? It's frustrating when a client wants to call the front desk to ask a question, and picks up a phone expecting it to work and it does not. The WIFI was iffy the first few days, not being able to connect frequently. On days 4-7, I was able to connect, But I only used it for basic needs. Large, deep pothole at the end of driveway before you turn into the hotel car park. A potential tire destroyer that should be fixed.

Staff were always helpful to me. I also really appreciated the washers and dryers that guests can use for free , 24 hours daily - a real time saver and benefit. And the price point is very economical.

Per ad breakfast was included but this is an extended stay..NO BREAKFAST the front desk worker was so unprofessional.Our first room ended up locked from the inside when we got up and it took them a full hour to get us another room and it was 3am so clearly they weren’t doing much else and a guest before us had a long wait as well upon his arrival finding an issue. It’s not bad for the price but overall service and advertisement needs to be updated

There is no pool and no elevator ,The dog walking area is very small. Parking lot needs a lot of work in big potholes.

A great location right off the highway, near restaurants and shopping mall. I like the fact that if you did not want to eat out at a restaurant, you have the opportunity of preparing your own meals in your room due to the kitchenette.
