false/dishonest advertising… Booking states no parking fee but property tries to charge $5 per night per car to park in an open, unmetered lot giving impression that staff is pocketing the cash.

A great place, especially a room with a bedroom and a kitchen, everything is there, a full kitchen, huge TVs in every room. Convenient access to the rooms. Excellent apart-hotel

My TV did not work. Every time I tried to turn it on, it would tell me that there was no service and the cable box was not turned on. I did not call the front desk, because it was not a deal breaker, but it was a bit of an annoyance to have to watch TV on my phone when the flatscreen was right there.

The room was amazing. Very clean and very spacious. I have stayed in a lot of places, but my expectations were met above and beyond. I also enjoyed the complimentary makeup wipes and full kitchen! Definitely felt like a home away from home.

A surprise $5 parking fee left a very sour taste in my mouth. At least be up front about that.

The bed was hard & only 1 elevator in the building we stayed in. No breakfast or pool. Only two carts for luggage. The couch was hard too. But we made it work. Packing was okay. Should come with price. No balconies.

I like the affordable price, the convenience of parking. The spacious suit. The area had shopping stores. Room was very clean. Staff friendly. Check in super easy. Check out super easy.

This was a comfortable room with a complete kitchen, good sized shower and a workspace, at a price below some other hotels nearby. I chose it mainly for proximity to friends I was visiting for only 2 nights but it would be ideal for someone staying longer who wants to be able to prepare their own food.

Thin walls. We could hear quiet conversation next door. There was also a crying baby nearby... fortunately the baby stopped crying quickly.

Just a few small things: There were only 4 knives, forks, spoons, plates, mugs, etc. A few more of each would have been helpful. The curtains cannot be pushed aside far enough to let in plenty of natural light during the day.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The apartment was clean and had pretty much everything we needed, including a large fridge and a dishwasher. Comfortable queen beds. Good blackout curtains keep the rooms dark at night. Free washing machines and dryers are on the premises. There are outdoor sitting areas and barbecue facilities on the grounds.

There was some renovation going on so it's hard to say what could have been better.

It was very convenient to the location I needed to be. I would definitely stay there again when in the area.
