The furniture in the loft for 5 of us was horrible. Seating for 3/4 and cheap very uncomfortable couch and chair. Kitchen had small tall counter table that was extremely wobbly. Bathrooms were short on towels and soap/shampoo dispensers were empty.

Breakfast was bare minimum. Location is good / central location.

We were told after our 30 days was completely done n paid that we would receive our taxes back for the month which hasn’t haprned.

A few of the staff members were very kind. However for our once a weekly cleaning, it was obvious that the cleaning staff did not have pride in their work, duties or responsibilities of taking care of their customers stay, experience and enjoyment of staying in a clean environment. The breakfast too could have been better. The eggs did not taste fresh and we always opted for the yogurt or oatmeal instead.

The place is run down and is a long term stay facility. Very shady people staying there. Myself and my family felt very unsafe there and did not stay even one night.

Horrible customer service at the front desk. I booked online at 11pm and once I arrived at the facilities at 12am, the front desk gave my room away even though my booking says “confirmed” on the booking.com app. They told me there is no more rooms available. Very inconvenient especially for this time of night when all I want to do is fall asleep! This has never happened to me before and I am very upset! Horrible place and not accommodating whatsoever!

Needs to be refurbished, BADLY! Wallpaper peeling; no grab bars near the toilet (only om the shower); carpets are tired. It needs a little TLC.

A little more information could be posted in the laundry room. It would be nice to have the coins and the soap available there.

I have accessibility issues and the room was perfectly situated. The room was clean and comfortable. When I say clean, I mean everything was spotless. The staff was exceptional, especially Roberta at the front desk and Crystal the breakfast attendant/front desk. Both of them bent over backwards to make sure all the guests were happy. If I owned my own business, I would hire the both of them immediately.

Crystal in the breakfast area is not professional or respectful at all. She is very rude. While eating breakfast she was bad mouthing the guests to the front lady. She was making rude comments and just had a horrible attitude. The parking was always full. It was a challenge to find a parking spot. Upon checking out, the next day they put a hold of over $1120.00, when I called and spoke to the representatives as well as the general manager, they do not see the charge. Frustrated because we left that room spotless... I loved everything else about them. This is a huge let down:/. Great place but not worth the hassle....

My stay was too short, I would of liked to stay more than 2 days, that is how comfortable I was. I felt I was in my own home, and being able to cook in the lovely kitchenette made it more cozy.

It was my first time staying at Sonesta, and I had a great relaxed time there, and breakfast was so great from the bagels and danishes to the bacon & eggs. A cup of coffee then a glass of OJ just topped it off. Thank you for the excellent svcs.

I stayed at the Embassy suites the week prior and it was 1,000 times cleaner, more accommodating, and the breakfast was like going to a restaurant every morning. At your establishment I had to bring my old dirty towels down to the front desk to get new ones. In addition I was told that maid service had to be requested the night before and I could throw my trash in the dumpster. I paid almost $150 a night to throw my own trash out and to get my own towels. The door looked like someone tried to break-in at one point, which I called down about and I was told maintenance would come take a look which they never did. Never again would I stay here.

I had upstairs family whose children were loud and running back and forth across the floor until about 10:30 pm making it hard to get to sleep. Also has trouble with TV reception during most of my stay.

Except for 1 person, the staff were friendly and kind. Loved the bed and full kitchen. The ice maker was an unexpected bonus. The breakfast buffet was really nice except for the day that the offering was just biscuit and gravy with no meat.

The room was cold, thank goodness we had an oven in the room. We did tell them about the heater not working and we used the oven to keep the room warm. It worked OK.

The breakfast was good. They are back to cooking the food now, instead of a bag meal. We stay here a lot, about 4 to 5 times a yr. because it's close to the Gaslight Theater, where we have season tickets.

It’s a mediocre rental at best. Kitchen is nearly worthless though appliances do work. Basically it’s a large hotel room with side kitchen. I thought it overpriced.
