House keeping a bit low. Didn't take out the trash and made sure towels and toilet paper was replenish. While we stayed. On checkout, I asked about the housekeeping and Jose said they do the house keeping every 3 days. It seems a bit off to me because everywhere I go they do it everyday.

We found the toilet shower area a bit worn and small. We wondered if you had the door swing towards the wall, whether the cramped feeling would be improved. We loved the beach front but could not walk along the lake farther than the beach in front of the hotel. We wished there were more areas to walk around from the building that were quiet for longer walks. We ended up walking along the busy road, as much of Lake Tahoe is privately accessed. We did find a walk near the Lake that we had to drive to that was a bit longer.

The staff were very efficient and accommodating. We liked the hot tub (didn't use the pool) and having a room with a view of the Lake.The beds were comfortable. The lighting over the vanity was good.

The bathroom is a bit small but for the limited stay it wasn’t a big deal.

We had a wonderful time. I loved the convenience of having lake front access. The lake was absolutely beautiful and the weather was perfect. There was a ton of restaurants and stores within walking distance

Everything! Literally steps to the private beach. So many extra fun amenities. The staff was so considerate and quick with our requests of extra towels and a pack n play for our baby. This was perfect for our family. We had little kids and it was so great for us. The fire pit and corn hole were so fun too. We will for sure be back.

They should have a sign up regarding the bears-  A bear walked into the courtyard & into the hall of the lobby and out onto the beach and they were a lot of small kids around the night prior. It seem to be a potentially dangerous situation that everyone was laughing about…

The location, the view, the people who work there, the jacuzzi, my bed, my room and view, it was all awesome!

The small bathrooms, and the very very poor WIFI. No central air at all except for a fan, and no heat provided in the summer time, its cold in the mornings even in July and heat should be available considering what's being paid for the room.

The staff was outstanding, great location right off the beach, close to grocery stores, gas stations, and breakfast!

Room was a bit too small for a family of 4. Honestly if they just made the bed frames less chunky... or no frame at all and just kept head boards there would be a couple more feet of room. Those frames are cool but massive! The one bed is against the closet and it was very hard to get out of bed on that side to use the bathroom (6 inches maybe). It also makes the closet very difficult if not impossible to use. Also, the outdoor balcony chairs had zero cushion left in them. Those need to be replaced. They were pretty uncomfortable. We pulled the 2 inside chairs out to the balcony. Those were comfy, but with a family of 4, two were stuck with the metal chairs.

Lake view from rooms and being provided lounge chairs and towels. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Central location close to grocery store, restaurants, and sporting rentals. Our door fire pit was also nice. Beds were also comfortable. Ice water in lobby was appreciated too.

The hotel looks like a roadside motel as you approach it. However the rooms are cleverly situated to look out onto the beautiful lake and mountains.

Quiet location in stunning scenery. Good choice of restaurants and shops nearby. Made good use of the balcony overlooking the lake.

No air conditioning, it’s hot in July.! We had to sleep with slider four open and a fan on us, from the front desks.

The central location, with a pool and steps to the beach. Our balcony, room 301 had a great view of all.

Our fridge tripped power when we were out causing us to have to throw away some of our food. The reception staff were brilliant about it though. The decor and bathrooms are a bit dated compared to our usual taste - but it did add to the charm!

Upgraded to a corner suite with kitchen facilities. The view is out of this world. You can see the lake from your bed!

Stayed here 1 night. The room was clean, cozy and had a beautiful view . Would stay here every time. The firepit outside was an awesome spot to watch the sunset.

No microwave in the room, but one is available in the downstairs lounge area (we used it).

Wonderful location, excellent view of the lake the the July 4th fireworks, private beach, room was very comfortable and clean. Especially liked that every room has a lake view. We were on the 3rd floor and spent lots of time on our balcony! Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Great customer service - Jose is the best.
