Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

easy on and off to I95, the room was clean and large. IT was also quiet at night for sleeping, we were on the 5th floor which was great.

United StatesThere was construction going on, on the floor I was given, where paint fumes ,dust from carpets being pulled up , hammering from carpets being laid, stepping over old pulled up carpet ,stepping over painters painting, no caution signs placed anywhere at anytime when there could have been nails still stuck in carpets or tripping over carpets thrown outside of the rooms , as a result of the paint fumes my sister asthma flared up ( this being the same lady who upon our arrival an ambulance was called from the hotel from her breathing failure, which I'm sure an incident report should be available for your review) and the constitution was being done for 3 days of my 4 day stay and never was I offered the opportunity of a room change,or anytype of accommodations for my inconvenience, also if these people knew they were remolding, why was this even an option for any guest? and if it were an option the guest should have been given a choice to be placed on this floor? Per my observation it appeared there were no other guest on that floor (first floor)where my sister and I were placed Also my bathroom tub was clogged up something terrible. (Room 108) and when I asked for an extension on my room I was told there were no rooms available,,even though from history of my stay I've been getting extensions of this room for the last 2 days, why wasn't I asked if I needed another night before booking my room out? Just out of courtesy of my being inconvenienced the entire stay I hope that something is offered to me as an incentive to continue being a guest of Bonvoy Hotels. My pink dress came up missing off my bad when as a rule at all hotels "if there is something on the beds the housekeepers are not too touch the beds", whereas both beds were made upon our return and my dress was missing and is still missing today. 5/4/2022. And now for breakfast guest are being served undercooked bacon( pork).

United StatesAs stated above, I was totally disappointed when I arrived and it was too late to find another place to stay. There were stains on the carpet in room 201 as well. I didn’t want to even ask what those could have been. Again, overall, just upset at the amount of money I paid for the short amount of time I spent there. I expected so much better.
The breakfast didn’t measure up to what I paid overall. The room was very dirty and carpet smelled. The furniture smelled. The tub was dingy and the water fixture has calcium buildup in it. The hallway carpet smelled. I paid way too much for this room for the way the entire hotel looked. This place was pieced together on the inside and really made over nicely on the outside.

United StatesThe rooms were pretty dirty and the lamps and nightstands were all banged up. Had to ask 3 times for new sheets and covers the 2nd night. Both the pool and gym were very small and the breakfast food was very basic and okay. For $200 a night you would think it was a bit cleaner and excellent service.
The location is what made my family stay here. We were in Boca for a wedding and the hotel was 15 minutes from everywhere that we needed to be during our stay.

United StatesThe bed in room 420 was awful I was Informed that they were new. Didn't believe it for one minute because the bed was making lots of noise. I informed them of this and he gave me the above answer. There were stains on the carpet and couch. This hotel wasn't worth the money I paid. The elevators need to be fixed, remodeled or replaced very much outdated. We should have went somewhere else!
