Breakfast could have been better , I’m used to the standards, but we couldn’t even get butter or cream cheese that morning and a lot of other usual things they have .

Location for us was great along with other activities we had planned .We’ve been here before !

I didn’t have anything for overnight as I missed my connection, so it would be good if the hotel had a small supply of toiletries like toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant etc. to be able to purchase. They had snacks to purchase, but as a hotel near the airport, I think toiletries would be great.

There is a courtesy bus to the hotel. You phone the reception desk and they tell you where to wait and how long the bus will be. The staff on reception are helpful and professional. My reason for staying was because I missed my connection. I booked a room last minute in the evening. The room was large - two queen beds and a lounge area. The room was clean and the bed I slept in comfortable. Breakfast was a typical airport hotel help yourself. The coffee was good and the oatmeal how I like it. The reception staff looked after my hand luggage whilst I went out for the day until my flight. All in all I would recommend staying at this property.

There was no bar soap with which to wash our hands. It seemed the sheets and pillow cases might not have been fresh. Both beds were made, but one bed had smooth sheets and pillowcases, but the other bed's bottom sheet was wrinkly and the pillows seemed dented as if they were not changed. The breakfast bar was remarkably sparse.

I like that our suite had the toilet in a separate room from from the tub/shower. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. There's a usb port next to the bed.

The hotel shuttle driver was very pleasant, she even offered to take us to go get a snack since we arrived after 11:00 at night.

When booking, the website said that parking was free but at the hotel was informed it was $10/day. The breakfast was good but wish there was more variety with the hot items (scrambled eggs and sausage both days, DIY waffles only one of the mornings). The shower drain was clogged and ended up standing in shin-deep water and it took quite awhile (15+ minutes) to drain after shower.

Easy to find, size and cleanliness of the room, liked that the shower was separate from the toilet, needs were comfortable, adequate space to be comfortable with a family of five.

Refrigerator was broken for our whole stay. And we never received housekeeping service for the whole 4 day stay. We went to desk to get clean towels.

The pillows in the room 330 are not good for a Marriot property, they don't provide support. Also, the AC system by the window was awfully noisy, waking up everyone in the room every time the compressor started functioning. The lobby staff indicated that was not normal and that the facilities engineer would take care of it (but we did not stay to find out).

Staff nice, clean and spacious room, decent breakfast. Free parking as originally described in hotel policies. Overall, very good value.

Me and my spouse were very disappointed that the pool was not working. We should have been informed through a email or phone call that the pool was not working. It was one of the main reason I chose this hotel.

From the moment me and my spouse walked in at 9 PM we were greeted very nicely. We went up to our room, very spacious, very clean, and the hotel seem very nice.
