We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesI was at this hotel a little over a year ago and the staff seemed happy and friendly. This time, I don't recall a smile or feeling welcome after check-in. Also, I was surprised that there wasn't a tub in my room, but I didn't want to deal with the staff to get it changed if even possible. I guess not everyone needs to feel welcomed (?) ~ but if I'm going to be in your "home" for 4 days, [which is a big deal in my life for a non-work trip] ~ I definitely want to feel welcome. Hope this feedback will help in some way.
Coffee was good. Pool and hot tub were open. Breakfast choices were good. Room size was good.

United States1st room i was assigned had not been cleaned by housekeeping at all. Bed was un made, bathroom had feces, just disgusting had i not just traveled hrs to this location, would have changed hotels altogether, receptionist tad rude when exchanging the rooms. 2nd room was cleaned. Skeptical about breakfast due to the 1st room fiasco if hotel is even clean. Was not even offered extra linings or any discount in fact i was charged extra hidden fees not on my printed receipt. Will not be recommending this hotel in good faith, perhaps if staff was friendlier, could be deemed an honest mistake, but just disgusting!
