The room had a strong odor of mint for some reason. The TV remote was not the original remote and was difficult to use.

Booking.com said that the room had another king bed and another sofa bed, which the suite did not have. Booking.com needs to fix there room description!

Air conditioning in the room was noisy. Breakfast selection was okay but limited. We were there for seven days and although we appreciated the complimentary breakfast it felt repetitive by the 5th day

My CC needed updating which I will do on booking.com and I had an arrival time of 1900 hours, front desk booked my reserved room at 1600 hours, they couldn't wait, but everything worked out in end, had to find alternate accommodations for Friday Saturday, the 2 young desk staff did what they could to help find another place n I appreciate their effort, oh well.

Great location room was excellent comp breakfast all good.

Rooms could be more sound proof, for light sleepers but that was the issue we faced for the first of the 3 nights we stayed there.

Very good if you want to be close to the airport. A bit far from Albuquerque sites.

Very comfortable rooms with good size kitchenette. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast included. And nice hotel lobby and facilities. Close to the airport.

They did charge me an extra $50 just incase something was broken. But they didn’t tell me what it was for they just charged me and I had to ask. I had to call and ask why and wasn’t told why I was told I would get a call back and never did so had to go back to the hotel and see why.

Employees were very nice and the hotel was nice and clean. We got one of the complementary games which was cool. The breakfast was good.

The AC unit in the master (we had a two bedroom suite) was very, very loud and the shower was dripping every few minutes but we could only hear it while in the bathroom, everything else was great.

The staff was amazing. We arrived the Friday before, stayed overnight, had to fly out super early in the AM for a week and then returned for an overnight stay on Saturday. When we arrived on Friday evening, our tire had a nail in it and was going flat, all the tire places were already closed and our flight was leaving at 6:30 AM. The staff allowed us to leave the car at the property while we traveled so we could get the tire repaired when we returned. They even offered us late check-out in case the tire wouldn't be ready before 11.

The breakfast was quite good with a nice selection of options. The hotel was very close to the airport so we didn't have to far and they were nice to let us check in early so we could rest before heading out.

The master bed TV remoted would not turn off the tv, instead it put it on a preview channel and made it VERY loud. It also wouldn't work for the volume. Several of the outlets in the double room did not work at all.

Great location; staff was wonderful including the shuttle driver. :)

The parking lot is a little cramped so be careful backing out.

There was a problem with the bed , I did not want to get out of it. It was too comfortable and the pillows too.

Wasn’t told that you had to request housekeeping on check in so the first day was awkward when we ran out of things, like toilet paper. On last day, staff was rude when we didn’t realize that breakfast started later on weekends. When we came down at 7, food was out but she told us it doesn’t start till 7:30. We had a plane to catch so we ended up paying $27 for breakfast at the airport.

Breakfast was great! Like normal times. Quiet, good sized rooms with kitchen were nice.

Manager, front desk staff exceptional. Came to retrieve us from the airport himself as we needed a ride before the hotel shuttle officially started running. Great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions.
