The guy at the breakfast area on everyone about a mask. It wasn’t mandatory which I appreciated about the stay. He was a pain in the butt over it.

No balcony in the double bed room… there should be balcony’s so fresh air can be given also cigarette smell throughout hallway was a turnoff.

The breakfast a nice plus… Also the Desk person Ashley went above and beyond to make us comfortable!!!!!! She is a great asset to your team…. I wish there were more young people like her in the world…. Plz look into promoting that young woman!!!!!

The kitchen wasn't clean. The bed was so hard It felt like i was sleeping on the floor. Breakfast wasn't pleasant at all. It was not a good experience.

Our stink in the kitchen and bathroom hook broke completely and they move us then the next room our floor was soak and wet in the living. Not sure why. And we saw bugs in the bathroom

Our balcony in the suite. The air conditioning vent in #408 blow out very hot air the entire time there. Very uncomfortable to sit out. Didn't enjoy. Inside the suite the vent to air conditioning was open. So they probably was working on it and didn't finish...slide door stuck.

I booked a 1 bedroom suite, and called and spoke with someone about my reservation and was assured we had the 1 bedroom suite, upon arriving we were told we had the standard suite. We only had a 1/2 roll of toilet paper and no extra linens for the sofa bed

There weren’t any wash cloths when I checked in and I had to wait a long time to get some. There was leftover food in the refrigerator. The balcony door was hard to close.

I did not like the property, I was greeted. By water bugs and roaches and dirty sheets. I have pictures for proof. I even work up with a roach on my bed which I have picture of . They changed my room 3 time 207 - 307 and then finally 801 where I woke up and there was a roach on my bed . I am traumatized and I will never ever book with booking.com . I had surgery while I was there and had several tools hooked up to my body. So imagine not being able to run as fast as or move as fast. I fell on night two trying to get away from the water bug, which caused me brushing on my hip and back side. I will provide all of my pictures for proof . I am requesting a Full refund!!
