Noisey. I think there was a hyperactive, out of control kid above my room.

Hotel was right across the street from St. Mary's / Mayo Hospital. So convenient for visiting a loved one following surgery. Breakfast was perfect to start the day. Staff was helpful and courteous. Room was clean and nicely laid out. Bakery and restaurants close by. Parking garage with easy access from hotel.

The breakfast was not very appetizing. Yogurt would be appreciated. Also, given that the charge for a pet is kind of high, it would be nice to have a little attention given, maybe a doggie treat bag.

Staff was friendly. The room was clean and had plenty of space.

Healthier breakfast options. Maybe some sugar substitute options besides saccharine only.

THe location for us was great. Not too far from the facility we needed, but enough so the walk back home was good exercise. Breakfast could have used oatmeal.

Wifi was inconsistent and spotty. No hot items at breakfast and coffee was so weak it looked like tea. Pull out sofa bed very uncomfortable; could feel bar prominently pushing into spine.

Clean room, hallways and pool area. Double beds very comfortable. Room temperature comfortable. Could hear minimal noise from hall and adjacent rooms but quiet after 10pm. Pool area did not have overpowering chemical odors. Underground parking tight but nice to have vehicle in a garage rather than open lot. Close walking distance to several restaurants.

Definitely not handicapped or wheelchair friendly!
    • Leisure trip
    • Couple
    • King Suite - Disability Access
    • Stayed 1 night

I booked a Handicapped Accessible King Suite because I am currently mobile only by wheelchair. The booking stated that it would be a ground floor room and the pictures showed a large room with room to easily move around. When we arrived, their computer system was down and they ended up giving me a 4th floor room. There were a number of doors to go through in the hallway and they were barely wide enough for a wheelchair, the elevator was definitely not wheelchair friendly and the room had a door just wide enough to squeeze through while scraping the sides. There was a wall in the middle of the suite with again a doorway barely wide enough to get a wheelchair through. The toilet was not a raised handicapped one. When we called to ask about why we received this room instead of what was promised at booking, they stated that they could not guarantee what was listed online.

Liked the location across from St. Mary's Hospital.

We were there with 4 children I stated their ages at check in. the room below us had a problem with our child and didn't want to move so we ended up having to move 8 of us..I really wish they had a better system where families maybe stay on one side versus the way it is. I have a 2 year old he's going play and it's not fair to think otherwise

Location was wonderful.right across the street from the hospital. The Amenities were wonderful however we did have an issue

it was almost 80 degrees in our room upon arrival. turned air down to 68 before leaving for mayo appt. 6 hours later it was only down to 79. After 20 hours and 2 fans and having the tent now set to 60, it was still 74 degrees in our room. Fridge leaked all over the floor.

Staff at front desk were great during the day. Night shift staff not so much.

There aren't any negatives with this property.

We loved the size of the room , a small apartment actually.! The hotel was beautiful. It was a very busy weekend in Rochester. The pool and hot tub were full to the max. Martel was excellent when we arrived to check in. He was very helpful and went above and beyond to assist my family.Thank You Martel !
