Some of the rooms are not on the beach side and so I could see some people might be disappointed but if you are just using the room to sleep and spending the rest of the time on the beach then its no problem...

Perfect location with a private parking pace and direct access to the beach, it feels like home from home, the Nokomis drum circle meet every Wednesday and Saturday at sundown which was a great added bonus. Gorgeous sunset on the beach My wife described it as her new favourite place..

Office opens a little late, I would have liked to get a copy of invoice upon checkout. Check out instructions were sent to my email. As I didn’t have my IPad, I didn’t see them. I should have requested contact be through text instead. As it is turtle nesting season, there is low light near the beach. We arrived after dark & my GPS guided us to the wrong address. I called the emergency number & they returned my call to direct me to the hotel. The street is very dark. There needs to be some lighting where you park. We had a difficult time finding our spot, as they are numbered according to your room.

The room was very spacious & modern. Included were a complete kitchen, living room, bedroom & bathroom. All were updated with higher end appliances. The hotel is on both sides of the street. We were on the canal side. The other side of the street is beach side where the office is located & an area where they sell drinks with beautiful detailed poured countertop. Guests are supplied with chairs, beach towels, & equipment for the beach. There is a grill & hammock . This hotel is very family friendly.

Nothing was a deal breaker but wish the hot tub was heated.

Great location. Unique. Extremely clean and smelled great. Comfortable bed. Walking distance to a couple restaurants. Very accommodating. Gorgeous views. Lots of extras like beach chairs.

The pool was ice cold but after you were in it it was ok it was just getting into it. Unfortunately we were right in front of the pool and the activity there was sometimes quite loud when the children entered lol just my little tick. We are looking forward to next year and being ocean side.

The rooms and apartments were so clean and comfortable and stocked with almost everything you would need. The staff was inviting and you could tell they enjoyed being there themselves. The kayaks available for use and the fact that there was no big chain companies there

Unfortunately the bed was not so comfortable, a trip to the chiropractor was needed. The pillows were the worst they are definitely not for sleeping but more decorative pillows. Good thing we live locally and I brought my own pillow, should have brought my body pillow as well, didn't think it would be needed.

the property was beautiful, well kept and quiet. The room was well stocked and equipped with essentials and then some. Love that it was super easy to check in and check out. And the code on the door is awesome, no need to carry a phone or lose a key. The room decor was beautiful and just perfect for a beach getaway, light, bright and comforting. Wish you had bikes to rent.

It was hard to catch someone available in the office.

The location was perfect and had the most beautiful sunsets every evening. The pool and beach were close and towels, chairs and umbrellas were provided. The kitchen was well stocked and the balcony was superb.

the little tiki bar sitting area outside the rooms was loud at night until 11pm. loudmouth lady from wisconsin was a bit annoying.

Very limited instructions and interaction with office on site. But they answered text right away when we couldn’t get in. No instructions or info on nearby restaurants or stores in room. We bought coffee at the store because we didn’t know that they would put it outside (at some point) in the morning. Huge lack of communication in letting guests know what “the process” was at this location.

Location - right on the beach - perfect! We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice! Loved the hammocks!
