I tried to book the room online, but I had difficulty, so I called the hotel directly and they said they would honor the online price. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told they wouldn't honor the online price, however, they did give it to me at a lower price. The room was very sparse---a couple of nightstands, a table, a TV, and the bed. The bed only had sheets on it, no blankets or comforter.

Needs to be cleaned way better than currently is. Did not even have toilet paper( luckily we always travel with some in our luggage) and we didn’t bother to go ask as it felt like we were bothering the staff who were not in the least friendly when we were checking in.

When I arrived at the time I chose I would be there they told me they didn’t have room cleaned yet for me. The first room I was given, smoke detector was beeping when I opened the door and when I went to the office to report it, the gentleman said he couldn’t change the battery and the smoke detector because he didn’t have no maintenance person to do it so he was going to give me another room plus there is only one set of towels in there when I told him there was two of us staying in the room. He proceeded to give me another room next-door. He said no smoking on the outside of the door, but when I open it up, the whole room smelled like cigarette. The only thing clean were the sheets on the bed. The bathroom sink was dirty. The towel had stains on them . I had to go ask for another set of towels and there was no floor mat to stand on when getting out of shower. The shower floor was slippery from who knows what I hadn’t even turned the water on yet.

Nasty rooms.... gave room key to room occupied then gave someone my room key! Paid for king bed got double... and the shower wouldnt drain...THIS WAS HORRIBLE

The rooms could be what we actually paid for we paid for a king size bed in the room and there was not we was told they did not have any king size beds

Everything especially the smell and the roaches in the needles I found in between my sheets with blood in them thanks Sean for leaving that in my bed and leaving them all over the motel in different rooms that's what Shawn likes to eat for lunch dope in a needle

There was no breakfast there was no coffee you was lucky to get a roll of toilet paper that was clean because mine had mold all over it and I took it back to the desk and I told the worker and they said they was going to go through him and throw that box away but the employee brought some home and was passing them out to all the crackhead and meth shooter and fentanyl smokers and residents thank you Sam that was very nice of you and sasheen I was very good friends with the housekeeper session until he got drunk and violent with me and tried to keep me in his room force me in his room and take my purse and my sweater I relapsed that night thanks happy f****** New Year I'm so glad I got out of that demon trap hotel room and got away from all the rift raft and druggies then people should be took to a cliff shot off the cliff and never be found again in the hotel should be burned up up in smoke but until then to the next time good luck and be safe and be careful and watch out there especially for room 107

They take full advantage of the low income families that become misplaced for whatever reason. A different amount daily varies based on how staff feels about you based off pure judgement not facts. A family of four which includes two teenage children in a room with no refrigerator nor microwave and ONE twin maybe full size bed.
