There was NO safety grab bar in the bath tub for someone with mobility restrictions. And the same for the entrance door, it WAS NOT handicap accessible. Very inconvenient for someone using a cane AND carrying luggage.

My room was on the first floor, which was appreciated due to my mobility restrictions.

Outdated furniture, bed very uncomfortable, odd but not bad smell in the room. No elevator!! Lugged the suitcase the stairs. The shower screeched at times.

Location was great. Breakfast was simple but good. Staff were excellent. Hot shower felt good, ac worked well!

WE HAD COBWEBS IN EVERY CORNER OF THE ROOM AND MOLD ON THE CEILING IN THE BATHROOM. ALSO THE ENTIRE BOTTOM FLOOR SMELT LIKE AN ASHTRAY. A BIT OVERWHELMING.

The carpet is not clean enough and the walls are dirty. Found a dead bug on the carpet. The lamp on the desk switch was broken and informed the front desk but the issue didn't solve.

Breakfast is okay. The front desk gave my husband free toothpaste and a toothbrush cuz he forgot to bring it. 😊 Like the microwave in the room.

Breakfast wasn't what I'd hoped it would be as there wasn't much to choose from. Aside from the orange juice and coffee we went out for breakfast. The pillows and mattress were not that comfortable and the sheet would not stay on the mattress.

The location was good, just far enough away from traffic and city sounds. Ther room was comfortable, although the bathroom could use an exhaust fan. Nice hot water and excellent maid service.

Breakfast, location near a Walmart and eating options , off the main road for our roadtrip, seemed quiet safe area.

Location can be seen on hill from road, but is not marked well how to get up to it. Broken refrigerator. Had reservation for one night, but clerk charged me for two nights. Issue resolved at checkout. Non-verbals of checkout clerk clearly showed we were inconveniencing her.

Clean room & lobby. Room contained all desired amenities. There were single-dose pain-relieving tablets behind desk for guests.

Blanket felt dirty and had a burn hole in it. We had a no smoking room. No screen on the window. It was a beautiful titular day for fresh air. The day help smoked and the smell followed them in.

Went out for a good breakfast. Placement of the hotel was good.

Broken knob on shower control. Fell off several times. Whoever cleaned must have noticed it and failed to report it. No elevator Check in counter hasn't been updated in years, worn-out.

The room was not cleaned when we checked in. There were dirty towel’s hanging on the back of the bathroom door. The room was not cleaned daily and no coffee or cups where left. It was a very limited breakfast bar and when items were gone you have to ask someone to put more out.

The room #103 was never vacuumed in the 4 days we were there. The sheets were never changed. The bed was sloppily made daily. The bathroom was not cleaned daily. There was no sink stopper. There was an ant crawling up the wall in the bathroom. The freezer was so thick with ice you could not use it. The night clerk (Carol) was not friendly. She was very grumpy and a little rude. The hallway reaked of smoke. The entire facility needs to be updated, such as the TV, USB outlets, new lamp, paint ceiling (our ceiling was half painted!). The breakfast had too many carb filled foods. Would have loved some fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs, etc. the coffee was very good.

One friendly check-in clerk. She let us borrow 3 umbrellas on Saturday because it was raining when we left the hotel for a nearby wedding. Loved the ice machine.
