We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesThe lady from India and her boyfriend make it to be the most unwelcome place you ever want to be. They talk down to people and disrespect everyone and when it's breakfast time they over think that no one Is allowed to bring any food back to the rooms. I paid 90 Bucks for my room ordered pizza. But I refuse to be told where I can etc my breakfast as if I'm 5 years old.
The other employees where wonderfully and made for a good stay.

United StatesThe Room had an air-conditioned that was so old and broken frame pieces or missing all together. No microwave in room but all the way up front where you stood in line. No extra supply on the maid cot if you needed it. Too many things that cause me to work for instead of relaxing and being comfortable.

United StatesThis hotel is not as advertised. There is a community of people who seem to live in the hotel, and the entire building has a strong stench that lingered on me and my bags after I left. This was after I only spent 10 hours there overnight. The walls are paper-thin and the room, while having the same elements as the rooms in the listing pictures, were much smaller, dingier, and damaged. I was a woman traveling alone and while I did not feel unsafe, I did not feel comfortable.
The highlight of the experience was the staff, the front desk person who checked me out was very professional and kind. The price was also as advertised, the cheapest last-minute room in Minneapolis.

United StatesIt’s full of drugs and their dealers, surrounded by homeless, it’s dirty. Staff rented me a dirty room. They’re rude. It has roaches. And you have to sign a paper giving the police permission to search your vehicle at any time basically because of all the bad people they rent to.

United StatesI traveled from Rhode to Minnesota by car it was long journey and I was exhausted, and all I want was somewhere more comfortable and welcoming but not this location. It was definitely packed of crack heads and reeked of smoke both inside and outside the building, even though they insisted there was no smoking. The staff communications during my booking were appalling, and I will never book here again. Worse, when I went to check out in the morning, the lady stood outside the box talking to someone, her family, or whomever, and after five minutes, without even acknowledging that someone was waiting for her at the front desk, she came. Like I was pleading for the place. aggressively what do you want?
