Advertise breakfast and no breakfast since the pandemic. Bed was hard. Nite staff was not friendly.

No breakfast was served even though the website says there was supposed to be. The guest wifi didn't work. The fridge didn't work. The coffee pot in the room didn't work. And there was water coming through the ceiling in the bathroom from the floor above....Also the shower head was making water fly everywhere...the cover on the bed was more like a curtain for the window so we asked the front seat for another blanket and they got us one that was more like a fleece blanket.

Location was great to Carowinds. The microwave worked.

The inside of the property was dirty, smelly, and old. Our room was really nasty. The floors were filthy, surfaces weren’t clean, and someone’s clothes were still in the room.

The best part of this property was that it was near a Waffle House.

The AC wasn’t on when we got in the room so it was a bit stuffy. It smells like some type of chemical in the bedroom, but this smell did start to go away in like a hour after the A/C was running the whole time. The trimming in the bathroom near the floor is coming up, one of the beds there was like some wax or something on the top cover . . . there is two lamps in the room so the lighting is kinda fairish, the coffee maker could use an upgrade and so could the mini fridge. The lock on the door could be better.

The pillows are really soft and the bed is comfortable. My daughter really likes the vending machine, the pictures on the wall, and that the beds weren’t that far off the floor. The A/C works great once I turned it on. I like that you could set the A/C to at least 60 if not below (I didn’t get below 60). I loved that it was only 9 minutes away from a playground/splash park and it’s only 6 minutes from Carowinds.

The staff was rude , we booked a smoking room 2 weeks in advance they gave our room away placed us in non smoking , the tv was static couldn't hear sound much less even to turn the channel , it was loud bc of the planes and trains , highly smelled of weed on the 3rd floor down to lobby , the bed was too hard , we woke up to a man threatening a lady and the cops being called before 9am .

Nothing my stay was the worst stay ever I have never had this bad of a experience staying at hotels .

The GM was extremely rude she talked over me when I was trying to express to her that the toliet in the room as well as the fridge did not work she didn't even offer to change the room she simply stated "this is not a place to live" which I didn't understand although people can not live there that does not excuse you from keeping and maintaining your facility I would never recommend this place to anyone also informed them they had bed bugs in which I got no response

Could've been cleaner enough with new sheets that weren't ripped and new paint on the walls and working lamps and sugar for the coffee

I could still sleep in piece with a working TV and it was at least clean and the staff were nice
